THIS COMPANY DOESNT WANT TO PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS EVEN THOUGH I WAS REARENDED AND TOTALLY NOT MY FAULT. VERY POOR ALL AROUND INSURANCE COMPANY!!!! BUY ELSEWHERE!

Price initially - then increased to alot until I switched.

Awful service and no coverage - they said they didn't have to cover my claim... ?? isn't that why I pay insurance... said I never called them back when I did and have notes from who I spoke to and why - they flat out lied on the form... terrible terrible firm... stay away.

Stay away - really awful company to deal with.

I had insurance with them and they have to withdrew money from my paycheck every time. in May i had to go overses in short notice,so i did not have time to let them kow that i leaving,so i came back my mail box broken i did not receive any notice from them,so i said that since i did not pay they canceled my policy, this past week they send me a letter from RMS debt collection saying i have to pay $274.62 for something i did not use. i called them and my current insurance told them to give them a fax # so they can fax them the poof that i was with another insurance, she did not want me to give me the fax # until i insisted and got irritated and called them you're a bunch of theives who try to get my money. she told me that the policy is still on even though you did not pay, Now the question is for them "Travelers" what if i get in a car wreck would you cover me then??? Probably they would say oh we're sorry you did not pay, so your insurance is expired. I Advised everyone who's getting car insurance to never go with Traveles because they are just like vampires and i keep telling people about them abd i will do that in every social network that i was affiliated until everyone know the truth about those theives and vampires which are "Travelers"

They won't pay for original parts to be put on your car if damaged and took my rental car from me when I didn't have my car back yet. They are a sorry excuse for an insurance company and I paid way to much for their pathetic coverage. I will never make this mistake again. I paid more to have my car fixed than they did.

Have had three adjusters and 2 months with nothing done with car. Poor communication...poorer service.
Spend the extra money to get real coverage.

I would not recommend travelers ever. Being a first time car owner my husband and I jumped on the deal with got with them. But I have learned my lesson the hard way. Now we have no coverage actually, we've been without insurance for two months uninformed by travelers. They also took our money for a sept. payment but canceled our insurance in aud. I would suggest anyone who is considering using them to really check around and if your saving only 200 or so dollars, it's worth it to pay the extra.

Travelers Growth officer please contact me I can tell you why your company is not coming up with other insurance firms.

They are one of the worst insurance agencies to work with I guess, the quote online was 588 and when I called them they had the quote gone up for 624. They made me ask all the questions which I already mentioned, made me listen to the symphony bethony music for 2 hours. I cant imagine myself in an accident and waiting for the music to hear when I am in a distress, pay more and get quote from reputed firms

completely irrisponsible as an auto insurance

As a receiver of being hit by a person carrying Travelers Insurance. They are not being responsible and paying damages.
The cheap insures customer had limited liability. And they are still not responding to my Attorney's calls and demands.
Irrisponsible is what it is. I could not work and carry my own health insurance and pay medication monthly costs of 298.00 plus doctor visit copays. So, I had to stop my personal insurance and stop taking the medications I need to take and not able to pay to see a doctor.
All because they are not interested in being a responsible company. This is due to the above reasons.
How can a company do this and get away with it.
I am now a month behind on my rent and if I do not pay by the end of September I will be homeless.
If you are a person who wants to have auto insurance and make sure your Traveler's insurance is responsible go somewhere else. It has been over 4 months of trying to reach Cary Kanuck and to no avail.

BEING HONEST

My wife was hit by a drunk driver in November.Car was repaired, however, 6 months later some of the repairs that were done failed. All of traverlers'publications states that they guarantee work for as long as you own the vechile. After calling traverlers to inform them of the failed repair, we were told that it was not there fault and we needed to speak to the repair shop. Long story short, we ended up paying $1500 out of pocket for issues that were related to the car accident. We will be moving to Allstate and I would never do buisness with traverlers ever. Don't believe what they say because they are liars.
