I cancelled my policy with Travelers and within the week got my final payment sent off to them. Nearly 6 months later I come home to find they have sent me to collections. Not once in the 6 months did they call me or send me a letter letting me know my payment never showed. When I called the customer service number the rep told me the wrong address. However, I did receive all my insurance documents and final payment notice at the correct address. How is it that everything is correct when I'm a customer of theirs and then when I cancel suddenly my address is different? Why is it that they couldn't call me to let me know my payment never showed up? Seems awfully fishy to me. They knew where I lived and had my correct phone number.

I have been with Travelers Insurance for the past seven years and several competitor have try to quote better rates and they have been unsuccessful.Geico, State Farm, Allstate neither can beat Travelers Rates. They are great when filing a claim,fast,friendly & 24/7 customer service. Multiple discounts with home, auto, life, etc. When it comes to insurance, Travelers is the best value, with years of experience. |
