the geico insurance is a fraud. my had been rear-ended by a driver with geico insurance two weeks ago and they are still evaluating if that person have any coverage with them (last time I've spoken with them they said it might take another month or two!!!). meanwhile they suggested to go with my own insurance (which means i have to pay the deductible). I would never insure my car with them.

Very Bad customer service!!
I bought Geico insurance a month ago; Unfortunately i met with an accident, i called up Geico immediately and they said i cannot get my car to Geico inspection because the insurance was purchased recently and they will return my car in 1 day. Today it has been 3 days when when i called today, Geico said that i cannot give my car for repair and cannot rent a car via insurance for another 5-6 days.

too bad of a service from Geico, i am switching back to another insurance as soon as my claim is processed here.

Quick and customer friendly.

My daughter crashed her Hyndai Tiburon by trying to take a corner faster than gravity would allow. She wound up totaling the car. Geico's policy is that if the car is within a couple tousand dollars of the repair bill and what the car is worth than they will total it. She owed less on it than what it was worth. Geico paid her the differanca. I braced myself for the rate increase but it never came. They have not increased my premium at all. this was my first claim with them and only the second claim I have ever had in 30years of driving. The first claim I had was 6 years ago with country insurance and they immediately raised my rate several hundred dollars. I have had great care and quick response to evey thing I have needed from Geico.

my car was totaled by a geico customer, its been 5 months and they still havent paid off my car, the finance company still hasnt received a final payoff. my insurance paid for rent a car they left my wife and i stranded at night with no car. i wish i could kill that frickin lizard on tv they should not be in the insurance business. this car wreck was caused by the other driver, we were stopped at a red light, they plowed into us.all we get is a frickin run a round!

Comprehensive Insurance.

When I came to use this insurance for a damaged bumper these guys really screwed me over. They tried to use a salavge bumper cover which was a piece of crap and then put on the estimate that it was $600 - a new one is $700. I don't know what their game is but, I ahd to wait two weeks for a simple scruff repair to my bumper cover. These peopel are truley terrible bunch to work with. Lots of stress, lots of BS. Do yourself a favor don't sucum to those charming adverts. When you need these guys they are as slimely as they get.

Geico are criminals! I was involved in an accident with another Geico victim, and after promising me a claim for $1200, they changed their mind and decided that it was a no fault, so nobody got any money. Their supervisors are rude, their customer service is garbage, and they are NOT out to save you money. Progressive lowered my bill easily after I dropped Geico. Oh, and if you're in Texas, DON'T even bother with the Dept. of Insurance.

This was the poorest service I have ever had. The office in Paducah, Ky I went into had the worst customer relations I have ever seen. One was talking to us and chewing on gum and the other one was on the phone with a personal call, telling the world about someone who I guess lives with her sticks and she cant get to close to her. She wont have a bath. Also will not brush her teeth. Now personally I didnt care nor did I chose to hear it. Then we got our drivers license and registration ready and then was informed my 46 year old son had to be there with his drivers license. Now at our age we chose to make sure our son is on our title and registration in case something happens to us. The registration reads Carroll or Elva Luckey or Warren Trivett. Trust us he does not drive our car as he has a sports car of his own. His name is only on it so upon our death it isnt held up in probate and he can sale if he choses. Never have we had to add him to our car insurance. We could save money if we went with Direct, but I will not deal with a company whose customer service is so very poor and they are so crazy over adding my son. That was not necassary nor needed. I would not recommend this company especially the office in Paducah, Ky.

geico auto insurance is low quality, with poor customer relations. if two autos having geico insurance have an accident, they automatically give a no fault. i was clearly not at fault, showing 60 pictures of the accident scene. my adjuster was not interested in finding fault. no supervisor EVER returned my phone calls. the used parts they purchase to repair the cars are poor quality.

Everything about the company, except when it comes time to pay your premium, which they gladly accept with no intention of actually insuring you against a loss.

I used to have Geico insurance. At that time, I was in a no-fault state with PIP benefits. I was stopped at a stop sign and hit in the rear end by an unintentive driver. Key word NO-FAULT, which means my insurance is responsible for my damages and injuries. Geico has paid nothing, I have spent needless money certifying mailing documents requested by Geicos adjusters and investigators,sending everything requested. Now Geico claims I have not sent to them requested documents. There is an Oklahoma Federal case-Willie v.Geico Casualty Co.-2000 OK 10 2 P.3d 888, Geico alleged Mr. Willie did not send all of the documention they requested. They refused to pay him, he sued them in federal court and won his case. Geico does have a precedence with this case,mine and others of using the continued lie"not enough necessary documentation." I do not recommend Geico unles you want to throw your money and get ripped off. Your chances are better if you play Powerball.
