Strength:

Everything...it''s an overall great sub!

Weakness:

None yet!

The subs will rock you (and anything around you)! I have 2 of these running off of a 1000 watt Lanzar amp with a RF 1 Farad Capacitor and they sound great! THEY DO NOT DISTORT! As mentioned in the other post, with a decent reciever and amp these subs are perfect! Very musical and hits the lows very nice. No problem sustaining the long bass notes. I listen to rock and metal music and these sound very nicely with that type of music! Pop in a bass CD and you will be impressed!

Strength:

Hits very hard No distortion durable not too expensive

Weakness:

There are no weakness''s. people who say there are need to invest in a good amp and cd player and maybe even a line driver.

THESE SUBS ARE GREAT. I have read some of the other reviews that people wrote saying that they distort at hight volume. NOPE. Thats all i have to say. Maybe these people should get a good cd player and a better amp, and it wouldnt sound like crap. A power capacitor would do the trick too. Im using a panasonic cq df800u with a 5v pre amp output and i have had no trouble at all. Im using a RF 500a2 to push them and it loud as hell. I have dual 4 ohms and i have it bridged at 2 ohms. These subs are worth every penny i paid.

Strength:

Totally indestructible cone. Sound good.

Weakness:

Some distortion at certain volume levels, but I don''''t think they''''re fully broken in yet. Don''''t seem to hit as hard as a pair of my friend''''s MTX 10''''s did, I''''m not sure why.

Enjoyable woofers!! I bought two for $149.00. I don''''t have a whole lot of car audio experience, but I know that 320x1 isn''''t a bunch of power and I still don''''t have to use any bass boost... they''''re loud. 1.35 ft^3 per side sealed enclosure (not counting polyfill) and they bump. Can really nail low frequencies.

Strength:

strong, clean bass, much higher power handling than advertised (indestructible sub). Comparable to a JL W3 in SQ and SPL. cheaper than a JL W3. excellent warranty by Stillwater Design (Kicker).

Weakness:

Well, availability online of a DVC 2 ohm, but its not the subs fault.

Well I just made a custom box for this, 1.33 cubit foot sealed minus the woofer displacement filled with Poly-fill. It is truly one of the best sounding sub i''ve ever owned. I''ve gained a lot of knowledge since my last systems i''ve built and happy i went with quality components. I am powering this with a RF 360a2 amp (birthsheet on amp says 554 rms) and the sub takes it very nice. very strong bass and very good kick in the chest, with the sealed box. I decided to get it from a authorized dealer in town versus the Internet, where they can be had for 2 for 160$ shipped. I paid 130$ local with a warranty though, and also most importantly i was able to get a Dual Voice Coil 2ohm sub to give me a 4 ohm load on my amp, since i just wanted one sub. If you want one sub, get the 2ohm DVC unless you have a stable 2ohm mono amp. very good sub, any questions on box building or further opinion, etc maxt@iastate.edu

Strength:

Good price for good subs. Can handle good amount of power but to much will make them distort or even blow them, havnt yet/

Weakness:

Foam surround, and stitched construction small magnet, and only 200rms rating.

I have 2-12" Kicker Comp VR in a ported box powered by a 2001 Kicker zr360 at 2ohms mono and they pound. They do distort at hight to moderate volumes might because i have them in a ported box but i dont know if it will sound any better in a sealed box, but these subs do it the low notes real well and will satify anybody thats wants good bass and good out put.I have them in Olds. 4 dr car that had a descent size trunk and it takes alot of power to get the bass inside the car and these subs do it well. Nice price that i payed $250.00 for 2-12" subs and box and grills, not bad i guess, but im hoping to upgrade to Jl Audio 2-12" w3 subs in the near future

Pound. Good quality for the money. Indestructible design.

Weakness:

Medium distortion at very high volume and bass levels. ( Just watch your overall configuration and you can tweak it to your liking)

Sick as H-E-L-L. I''m running deuce 12" Comp VR''s off of a 2001 RF Punch 500.2 amps @ 2 Ohms. They sound great, especially considering i only paid 85 bucks a piece for them, while at very high volumes they do tend to distort, they provide the bang for the buck i was looking for

Strength:

price , hit hard as hell , can use them in any kinda of encloser , verstile !!AFTER ALL THE ARE KICKERS , THEY DO KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SUB !! fUC*** INDESTRUCTABLE , I THINK YOU COULD KICK THEM WITH YOUR WORK BOOTS AND NOT EVEN PHASE THEM !!

Weakness:

I cant blown them up so I can try something else !! everything in my new dakota r/t rattles loose ! Atracts law enforcement

Bought these because i had previosly had polk dx 10,s (do not buy those they suck!!) And beacause some dumbA** listed them worng on ebay and i got the for $135 for the pair brand new (couldnt resist) anyway put them in on a punch 360.2 at first and they sounded ok still bumped , Now I have them on a 500.2 power and they hit pretty dahm hard , moves the hair on your head and makes it hard to swallow at times !! the more power you give these little fU**** the better they sound , I have been trying for 3 months to blow them up and i just cant !!I actuall had one hooked up at first in a sealed 1.25 box run at 1 ohm of the 360.2 ( you shouldnt do this to a rockford amp ! but my god it hit so hard it was scary !! actually hurt at times , So of course i had to hook the other up !! , these are great subs for the money , mine are dual 4 ohm coils run at 4 ohm on a punch 500.2 and they sound great , they do tend to get a little sloppy at the high end on certain songs , I mostly listen to rock and they really hit the high bass notes very nice in a smaller box , they hit alot lower the bigger box you go to , very versitile sub and can be set up to your bass likeings !! Very clear with enough power in a good sealed box !!
