Great looking exterior and plush interior. Plenty of power under the hood. Truly a beautiful vehicle, too bad Cadillac could care two cents about their used car customers.

Extremely poor and arrogant customer service. Obviously not concerned about their reputation. Dash a bit outdated.

Customer service is useless. Have been waiting 6 months for a new yoke that will, according to Cadillac, eliminate the loud clunk every time I take away from a stop. No lemon law to help -- I bought it used. The dealer claims that the majority of the first gen Escalades will have this problem after 30k miles! AND, this problem has been known for nearly a year, but still no replacement part!!!

Looks like no other SUV on the road. Very luxurious and yet performs almost like a sportscar. The 345 horsepower engine screams and begs for more as I take off from the green light. I can tow a 24 foot boat with no problem. I can fit 8 people inside.

The 17" wheels does not fit the image. You gotta have at least 22" rims. Typical GM construction is never perfect. Some parts of the vehicle do not line up correctly.

This is a magnificent piece of machinery. I never thought I would ever own a Cadillac but the Escalade is definitely the best automobile I have ever owned. Heads turn as I drive down the road. I feel like I am on top of the world when I am in it. I have never been so compfortable inside a vehicle as much as this. My wife was skeptical to drive it at first. Now we fight for who will be behind the wheel.

Very powerful engine, no problem passing or merging in traffic. Very smooth, comfortable, and quiet ride.

stupid clock. Would like to see an upgraded radio(still sounds great)

Its the tallest luxury sedan in the World.

THE BRAKES ARE DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!I thought maybe mine was just a lemon, but I''m seeing/hearing that more and more on this vehicle - sounds like a class action suit brewing - anyone interested?

Would NOT recommend! This car has been in and out of the shop so many times that it is unbelievable! The brakes are DANGEROUS - but Cadillac says they are fine. How can they be fine when anti-lock brakes lock up and skid? The brake pedal travels over half way before there is ANY braking action - very unsettling. Spend your money more wisely on another product - don''t make the same mistake we made!
