Strength:
Reliability. This car is really reliable and I can drive anywhere with this car. It also rides very well on the highway.
Weakness:
The body integrity of this vehicle need work. Little things just keep breaking like window regulators and door locks and they are very expensive to fix. Overall, this is a great car. I have owned other cars and have determined this car to have been one of the best I'' ve had. My only complaints are that I didn''t buy this one sooner. I really expect to get alot of miles out of this one. I have 160K and counting............... Similar Products Used: None |

Strength:
Handsome looking, well built, solid, reliable, Excellent resale value.
Weakness:
Low-end performance can be improved. Excellent! Never had a problem with it. I brought this car brand new on 1992 full option EXi model. Since I travel a lot back and forward USA and Canada. I had put 80000Km on my black Honda accord within 3 years. I had regular oil change every 5000km intervals with Mobile Oil engine oil. I sold the car at 95 to one of local Honda dealer at Vancover, Kingway Honda, for 17000. The car still drives and look like Brand new at the time I sell it. Never had any problem with it what so ever. Similar Products Used: VW GTI, Madza Maita, Honda Civic, Benz, Audi. |

none Excellent car, the best I have ever had. Bought it new in 1991, still driving it today with over 120,000 miles. Very reliable, never a major problem. Has never left me stranded or failed to perform. Still rides very smooth, interior and electronics work as well as the day I bought this car. I now commute 85 miles round trip every day to work and never experience apprehension of failure during my trip. I would recommend this car to anyone that wants a good, reliable, every-day vehicle that rides well, holds 4 people comfortably, and is easy to maneuver in parking lots and in traffic. I will buy another Accord, as I pass this one on to my teenage daughter to drive for many years to come. Similar Products Used: Hyundai (bad mistake) |

None I am a previous Honda/Acura owner this one has met my already high expectations. The Accord LX Sedan with V-tec 4 cylinder is beautiful, well arranged in the driver''s compartment, good on gas, and reponsive in steering and cornering. The V-Tec 4 has quite enough power to get my commute to work done nicely. Similar Products Used: None |

-the best handeling on the road -the sespension is the top of the line -looks very nice -never out of stile
Weakness:
-NONE!!!!! This car is the best car on the market. It has excellent body and finish. Honda makes the best cars there are on the market right now. One of them is the ACCORD which is perfect. My is 2.3l 4cyl. 150hp., I think that for a 4cyl. engine the power is great, and you can make it stronger because honda has the most parts to "sutitup". Every body likes it, and it never gows out of style, not like the Americans cars which is only made for one year and the style gows away and the rest like the trans. and engine. Bye it and you wont feel sorry, you will feel sorry for the people who have other cars then Japanise. And there is one thing that is the best about this car; the sespension is very stiff which gives you the best handeling on the road. This car is a chick magnet! (only for people who like sporty cars, "this is not an luxery car", it is made for the preformance only to be the best on the road!!) HONDA HONDA !! Strength:
Quick and easy to handle. Those that say this car is not fast, just don''t know how to drive.
Weakness:
Needs to change body style every 4 years in order to keep an up-to-date appearance. I own a 1999 EX V-4 Accord and I absolutely love it. The ride is very smoothe, the gas mileage is great, it handles wonderfully. I have never had a problem out of it. I do have two disappointing facts about the car though. I bought my wife a 1997 Acura CL 2.2, and found that the same engine lies under the hood of both cars. Secondly, and most importantly, I just wish that Honda would restyle the car every 4 years like most other manufacturers. Hondas are very nice looking cars, but I do think that they should keep up with the times and add more style to their vehicles... Accord EX Coupe
Strength:
Nearly 30mpg at 85mph, smooth quiet ride even at highway speeds, dash laid out perfectly, great stereo, a stealthy speedy extremely well built car.
Weakness:
Front seats are a little uncomfortable and everyone else owns an Accord (now I know why). I have owned eight 5.0 Mustangs, and while I still have a GT Convertible in my garage, parked next to it is a black 107,000 mile 93 Accord EX with a 5-speed I stole for $3000! I absolutely love this car! It is a blast to drive and I swear it is almost as fast at the 5.0! I drive the EX nearly 100 miles to and from work every day. The 14mpg Mustang is now mostly sitting under a cover. The EX is my second Honda. I had a geeky 87 Civic Wagon that was an ugly but GREAT beater car for several years (that I drove 150 miles a day) that I sold in great shape with 201,000 miles. While I will probably always own a Mustang, I am now a closet Honda fanatic. I will absolutely get another Honda when it is time to replace the wife''s Ford Contour. Only problem is I will have to buy a new house with a 3 car garage. Similar Products Used: 87 Civic Wagon |

Strength:
Gas mileage, stamina, reliability.
Weakness:
Uncomfortable on long rides, parts are spendy unless used, had problems with the fuel injectors - they had to be replaced. Replaced front transaxles and valve cover gasket. There is a timing belt instead of chain. Automatic shifter problem when it's cold outside (won't go in or out of gear). Drivers window and door lock mechanisms failed. Tail light gaskets are faulty and cause the tail lights to fill with water and short out bulbs - also cause extensive rust around it. Purchased my 1989 Accord Sedan used in '91 w/38,500 miles. Was in excellent shape. The best car I've ever owned. It's sporty, fast, great turn radius, great gas mileage. Mostly simple things to fix, although they can be spendy. If it wasn't for the lack of space for a family and animals, I'd keep it for my kids when they get old enough. |
