All the above and then some. The stratus I am paying for is not a good one.

Over all this car is not my ideal of a good car. From six monthes into this purchase. I started having brake trouble which is still not to my satisfaction. The transmission started to give me trouble,ian is. The drivers side rear window moter had to be replaced. The front berings had to be replaced.

Styling, comfort, ride, and believe it or not, performance (yes, I have the 2.4L 4-cyl). It is peppy enough for my needs (150hp) and keep up in traffic on the open road. Noise level is far better than the Neon. The dealer, Palmer Dodge West - Indianapolis, has a great Service/Sales department and they have exceeded every expectation in customer satisfaction.

Engine is a little loud, but when on the open road, doesn't make any difference. A few factory defects found, but have been fixed, and very quickly I might add, by the dealers service department.

This was basically an upgrade from a 2001 Neon. Dodge had some great incentives for the Stratus, which is why I finally bought, but have been VERY pleased with the car since. Comfortable on long trips, reasonable mileage. What's new on mine in 2002 is the new SXT package which gives you loads of options for little money. Keyless entry, alloy wheels, CD are all part of the package and these options make the care come out about $1500 less than a comparible care from 2001. I have driven it 6200 miles in the first 3 months and have no real complaints on this car. For what I paid for this car ($15,200 after incentives) and what it has as equipment, no other car can beat it.

The whining sound from under the hood. Dealership says its normal, I hope not.

Overall, i like the car a lot. It has great handling, nice stereo and the car looks great too. I do have concern with the whining noise under the hood. I actually brought it back to dealership and they told me it was normal for the 2.4 liter engine. My brother has a 2001 model with the same engine and his does make this sound. Other than that, i am completely satisfied.

The car I fell is very poor quality. With in the first two months the paint peeled off so it was repainted and the dashboard had crack and had to be replaced.

So much room! I fit ten people in it, 2 up front, six in the back, 2 in the trunk (they were alive and volunteers!!). Really trouble free as far as maintenance. A/C Rocked!

Lot''s of blind spots out the back. It was loud on the road.

2.6 L 4.0 four door sedan. The car did well. Had plenty of pick-up with just me drving. Drove from NC to VT in summer and winter, no problems. Handled decent, decent mileage. I was very happy with it.

Overall very pleasing to the eye, excellent performance.

I would have done a few things differently in the interior. Cup holder, plastic vs. leather, spend a few extra bucks on finishes inside in general. Random rattles and other noises at times, hard to pin point what they are. Nothing major though.

I am very pleased with my 2001 Stratus. I can''t say that I have had any major problems or complaints with it to this point. I have put 23,000 on it already and have only had it in the shop for a minor rear suspension adjustment. I can live with that. Acceleration is great, handling is even better. Gas mileage is better than I thought it would be - averaging about 27 or so. Seems to be an extremely reliable car and has a very cool appearance. A sweet car for the price paid. I would recommend getting the chrome finish on the wheels and leather interior for a finishing touch. Lots of heads turning on the highway because of the looks of this car.

head gasket nightmare!!! the front endmakes knocking sounds,needed new timeing belt,tire rod,now the gasket is shot again after i paid 800$ last month,the car is too bumpey, the engine light wont go off after trying to fix it twice,the electricalsystem is messed up with censors going off,e vap code, its a piece of junk at 80,000 miles!!! please do not ,i repeat ever buy this car!!!! unless you want to sit at the mechanics every other time you blink. I will never buy a dodge ever again,they are rip offs!!

This car has given me problems since the ride home,i knew it was a piece of junk within a week. I have had to have the hesd gasket replaced and now oil is leaking again.How dare dodge even put this car on the market !! I should have bought the ford taurus( 1998).

Great V6, good handling

Needs to have more standard features like abs, and cd player, and keyless entry

Saw it and like it, but you have to get the 3.0 V6. I got the SE coupe with the 3.0 V6 and it has some punch too it. Great on handling, great pick up, installed an alpine sound system on it, and it is great. Perfect first car.

The Stratus is a great car. I have never had any major problems with the car & I am very tough on cars. I drive it a minimum of 82 miles a day and that is just to work! This is the best car I ever owned so we went out and bought a 2001 Dodge truck last year!
