Strength:

NICE LOOKING CAR.

Weakness:

MAJOR WATER LEAKS. DURING A HEAVY RAIN THE CAR FILLED WITH 3 INCHES OF WATER ON THE FLOOR. THE DRAIN HOLES WERE PLUGGED FOR THE WATER TO DRAIN. THE SERVICE MANAGER AT THE DEALER SAID "WELL DID YOU HAVE THE TOP DOWN" THANKS FOR THE INSULT.BECAUSE OF THIS THE RADIO SHORTED OUT BECAUSE THE AMPLIFIER IS UNDER THE SEAT. WHICH THEN SHORTED OUT THE DOOR LOCKS, INSIDE LIGHTS, AMD GARAGE OPENERS.

NEVER AGAIN OWN A CHRYSLER PRODUCT. THE DEALER INSULTS ME WITH HIS STUPID QUESTIONS, AND NEVER DOES FIX THE PROBLEM. I HAVE READ OF OTHER SEBRING RAG TOPS FILLING WITH WATER BECAUSE OF CLOGGED DRAINS, BUT I QUESS THE DEALER HASN'T. I WONDER HOW MANY MORE TIMES I WILL HAVE TO VISIT THE DEALER WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.

Strength:

plenty of power, transmission feels very strong, tons of room inside, plenty of trunk for my boom booms, very sleek body style that i love. great mileage too. and excellent for turning those ladies heads.

Weakness:

without the upgrades i gotta say brakes are a problem, and thats honestly all ive seen wrong with it.

I bought this car before i ever seen it but when i did i loved it, and its been the best 10G ive ever spent i love the style and ride. with a few performance upgrades its fast as hell now and camaro drivers get pretty upset with me, the brakes were a little problem but i didnt mind putting the performance rotors and pads on it, no problems now. Women absoloutly love my car and i do too.

Strength:

Looks, size of backseat.

Weakness:

Brakes, and worrying about what else may go wrong.

I have read the pour reviews and am waiting for the worst to happen. So far the only problem is that I had to replace the brakes at 17300 miles. I like the car nut I am concerned about the repair records. I'm upset that the dealership did not warn me about the brakes, I had the car in at 15,000 miles for service. You'd yhimk that the ware on the brakes would have been evident at that time. I'll be back to review it again next year.

the whole company!!!!!!

After all the car trouble I have had with my car, NOW I can't get my tags for my plates. Chrysler has down sized the company. My contract and title used to be Atlanta. since they closed that office my documents were sent to PA. They lost my title but they sure didn't lose my contract! I can't get my tags for my plates until a copy of my title is sent to the DMV.( tags due in March! ) I have Chrysler multiple times. They have given me the run around until I spoke with "Fred" yesterday 6/13/02 who told me the truth! I am not the only person this has happened to according to Fred. Be warned!

Strength:

good sound system (at low volumes), handles well, roomy interior, usable back seats

Weakness:

Chrysler does not make a good product. My car has 18000 miles on it 2 years. In that time I have had the following things go wrong with my car: multiple rain leaks (I finally just have given up getting the top watertight and just rub vaseline around the windows to keep the rain out), the power mirrors stopped working, the rear defroster stopped working, interior molding has fallen off, the top never lines up right when I close it, the windows don''t go down like they are supposed to when the top is raised or lowered, the speakers in the door rattle even at low volumes ( the dealership said this was normal), the alarm has needed replaced, the horn has needed replaced. Nothing major has happened, but every time I get the oil changed, something else needs to be fixed. All the little things add up to a bad experience with this Chrysler product.

Nice idea for a car, but Chrysler just doesn''t make a good product.

Strength:

Beautiful car (especially in burgundy w/black top), convertible top is easy to use and the windshield slope is aerodynamically excellent for keeping cockpit wind to a minimum, handles well, powerful, excellent sound system, very comfortable power leather seats, good ergonomics

Weakness:

Brakes squeak slightly, doesn''t get as many MPG that I''d hoped for, smallish trunk, didn''t come with astray and lighter

I bought my Sebring in May 2000 and have put just under 15,000 miles on it. So far I love it. It is a true luxury car at a very fair price. Here''s to no major problems in the future!

Strength:

Very stylish. The chrome wheels shine beautifully and add a really nice effect. Convertible top is very easy to operate. Unlike some other convertibles, your "blind spots" are not bad at all. You have plenty of viewing space through the back windows. In winter, it warms up very nicely (and quickly I might add), and the fan power is awesome. In summer, the AC works very well. The sounds sytem ROCKS. Very powerful (I believe it''s due to an amplifier built in under the passenger seat). Personally, I think the interior noise is very LOW - sounds very close to a normal hardtop car. Trunk space is adequate for everyday use. Interior space is very roomy...comfortably seats 4 people.

Weakness:

(Car has approx 25k miles) WHEELS - chrome is starting to fade, they get full of break dust within a day of washing....TOP - on a few occasions, the drivers side was leaking during a rainstorm (leaks where the window and convertible top meet together)......TRUNK - if you''re used to a small car - the trunk space is huge; if you''ve owned a Buick or Cadillac, the trunk is very small in comparison....WINDSHIELD - hard to describe, but the "slant" of the windshield is much lower than hardtop cars. As a result, vision in the front is somewhat impaired when the top is up....STEREO - at moderate volumes, you distinctly hear certain parts of the doors vibrate. At 21,000 there was a malfuction with the power steering (make distinct noise on hard right turns and was leaking fluid). It took the dealer 2 different attempts to fix.....ENGINE POWER - from 0 mph, the pickup is somewhat sluggish compared to other V6 engines. Once you hit above 40 mph, the ride is pretty smooth...TRANSMISSION - have a difficult time shifting from Park (especially when the car is parked on a incline)

Having been a valet parking attendant for 3 years, I had the chance to "test drive" almost every car on the market. The reason i picked this one is for style. I knew going into it that "power" was not going to be an option. This was fine with me...and coming from a V4 Eclipse, I was satisfied with the outcome. I''ve had the car for 2 years and it has both negatives AND positives about it.

When I valet parked, I drove pretty much every car (even a Lamborgini). Here''s my final take: if you want SPEED, get another car. If you want luxury and style at a fair price, get this one. Overal

Strength:

Looks nice. Top goes down quick and easy. Decent sized-car for money. I''ve had it for 4 years and 60K+ miles, and it''s pretty good, but not stellar.

Weakness:

Car has left me on the side of the interstate multiple times in last 1.5 years due to fuel system problems. Each time the service guys at Elkins dealership in Durham, NC told me they couldn''t find anything wrong with it, though my car was on the side of the road again within 2 miles. NOT FUN!! Brakes are squeaky, wear fast, and high dust leaves tire rims black. Car shakes a lot, particularly on any rough road or smallest of potholes. Cup holders could use improvement -- too short, small.

Good car for people who want a convertible but only one car with a decent back seat. Some quality problems, particularly with the fuel system (fuel pump) and brakes (squeaks and fast wear).

While I have had numerous cars, this was first American car (unless you count my parents ''74 Ford wagon) and convertible.
