I strongly recommend Travelers Insurance to anyone looking for good Auto Insurance.I recently had to file a claim as my car was hit in a parking lot and I was filed my claim one week and by the next week I had my car in the Dealership being repaird with my Insurance check in hand when I picked up the car. The Adjuster was prompt in getting to my house to do the damage appraisel, The Claims Adjuster was also very quick to get the check right out to me in the mail. I made two phone calls to get this taken care of and it was excellent service.
Weakness:
I am sorry to say I didn't find any weaknesses in the way Travelers handled my claim and have nothing to say that be a weakness. I have only good things to say. I would have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with an Insurance Company and would be proud to tell anyone that I have Travelers Insurance. Similar Products Used: I also have a Renters policy with Travelers. I have not had to file a claim on that, Thank God, But I feel very confident that If I did have to file a claim it would be handled in the same timely manner that my Auto one was handled. Great Products, Excellent Service. |

Easy to deal with. Kept me informed from the minute I entered the door. Good location and a part of a huge auto repair facility. All work is guaranteed for life.
Weakness:
None that I was aware of. Travelers Concierge Service was easy to deal with when I needed to file a claim for repairs to the front right fender and right side of the car. They were prompt to give me an appointment and were ready when I arrived. I was kept informed through the entire process on the status of my car. A rental was available right at their location so there really wasn't any inconvenience. All work was guaranteed for the life of the car. |

None I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a fox that did extensive damage to my front bumper. Fortunately, with the teamwork of the Travelers Insurance team, my claim was processed quickly and my car looks brand new again! Everyone talks about how difficult insurance companies are to work with - THAT is simply not the experience with Travelers! Thanks for making the process quick and painless! |

easy handling, lots of room in "trunk" area, style, feel at ease driving in a variety of weather conditions. Used mainly in the mountains.
Weakness:
Road noise, not insulated enough for noise
I would buy a Subaru Outback again but feel this car, now 8 years old, could last for another 8 years. Has 81,000 miles at this time. |
