Weakness:
Absolutely none but everyone seems to think Traveler's is expensive insurance and I'm sure it is to some but for me, it was significantly cheaper than State Farm who I had used for over 20 years. Unbelievable customer service when I was rear ended by someone who carried HORRIBLE United Auto insurance. I tried to deal with United but it took them 10 days just to get me an estimate. Travelers had the estimate in my hand less than 24 hours after the accident. My adjustor was incredible and made me feel like I was her only client. |
