Dishonesty. Misrepresentation.

Unbelievable bait and switch tactics. Be warned!! Quoted a price of 1100 received bill for 1600. No explanation was given
for the higher rate. Very poor communication. Deliberately confusing paperwork. Dishonest business practice. Was promised a rate
that would be better than what I was paying before. The quoted rate was a great savings for slightly lower coverage. The rate I ended up being billed was nearly the same as my higher rate insurance for much less coverage.
