Customer service was disgusting - some of the worst I have experienced.

Some of the worst customer service I have been exposed to. I would not reccomend these bandits to anyone. Pay more money for a better product. They play games with you on the phone - they will never call you to tell you inforamtion about a policy. I was handed off to a head supervisor who sounded liek a broken record - he was very childish and condescinding in his demenor. these guys are a real piece of work. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY INSURANING YOUR FAMILY!!!!!!! really!

Poor customer service. Incredibly long time waiting for a customer service rep to take my call. Incompetant sales reps. Just plain incompetant.

Don't waste your time with this company. They started a policy in my name even though I never approved it. When I called to find out what was going on, no one seemed to know and they hung up on me. They confused my quote with my father's policy and apparently now they have no record of my dad's policy even though he has already made a payment (which the credited to my "policy"). My overall impression is that they are unethical and incompetant. Avoid them at all costs.

While searching for insurance quotes on the internet, AIG had the most complete application and also has a 24 hour/800 number in case I needed to ask questions. They gave the best quote by almost 50% less than any other company.
