Strength:

Good sound, good price. Small yet noticable increase in horsepower and somewhat better gas mileage.

Weakness:

Not loud enough, rattles the trunk when warming up.

Put single super turbo on in place of stock muffler on my lesabre. Running on a 307 Olds motor. Sounds better than stock, but not too loud cause it''s a single. Would''ve put duals on but didn''t have the money.

Strength:

Sounded better than stock muffler, slightly better performance, seems to have improved flow.

Weakness:

While louder than the Stock muffler it is still fairly quiet. To make it louder the converter was removed, which improved performance and produced a nice mellow, but loud sound.

This muffler is defintely worth the money, both performance and sound wise.

Strength:

quieter than the flowmaster, yet still is loud enough to notice.

Weakness:

lost some power going from flowmaster to this. sound just isnt MEAN enough compared to flowmaster.

i started off with the flowmaster and then went to this because it was too damn loud! I got pulled over a total of probably 10 times when i had the flowmaster and I had a total of 2 tickets. well, each one being 200+ made me mad and go change it to the dynomax. dynomax is quieter and i havent gotten pulled over once yet for exhaust noise and although i still set off a few alarms, its not like before when i drive by and every alarm goes off. Oh and conversations can still go on inside the car. for some who want s a mellow sound that is somewhat mean sounding at higher rpms, then this is for you. with the Flowmaster, I was the loudest thing on the street!

Strength:

The Super Turbo was inexpensive, and it provides more of a rumble when idling. At WOT, my 5.0 starts to sound like a real V8.

Weakness:

Its not loud enough, and it uses baffles to direct the air.
If it were straight-thru like the Ultra Flo or at least chambered like the Flowmaster 40s, it would be a lot better.

At idle my T-bird sounds like a mild V8.
When cruising, it has a locomotive-type sound to it (low frequency drone???).

I would get Super Turbo mufflers if you're looking for a set of mufflers that aren't as quiet as the OEM mufflers - but ones that won't make your car sound like a NASCAR stock car.

Strength:

Good price and you can trust the quality of a dynomax muffler. Good overall deep tone sound......does not sound "FARTY" like a lot of other aftermarket mufflers you find on Civic's and Integra's. Good overall performance gains.

Weakness:

Though the sound is pretty good.....I would prefer it to be alittle louder!

Pretty good for the price....the warranty is amazing....lifetime warranty can't go wrong with that. If you don't want that "FARTY" noise from those other import muffler manufacturers such as HKS, GRReddy and so on this is for you.

PRICE, SOUND QUALITY-EVEN THOUGH THE MODEL I PUT IN THIS CAR IS A MODEL MADE FOR CHEVY BERETTA, BUT IT FIT ON MY BMW PERFECTLY. I BOUGHT SOME OTHERS TURBO NUFFLERS, BUT THIS ONE SOUNDS THE BEST. SMOOTH RUNNING AND GOOD THROTTLE RESPONSSE IN THE MID RANGE. ACCELERATION -YOU CAN HEAR GOOD LOUD SOUND AND CRUISING IS ALMOST SOUNDS LIKE OEM MUFFLER

Weakness:

I WISH THEY WOULD MADE SOME CUSTOM FIT FOR EUROPEAN CARS

WELL, I ONLY HAVE THIS PRODUCT FOR LESS THAN A MONTH, I REALLY LIKE IT SO FAR AND IT'S LOOKS GOOD ON THE BMW. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO FIT IN (1984-1991) BMW 3 SERIES CAR. THE REAR MUFFLER FROM CHEVY BERETTA WILL FIT IN THERE WITH NO PROBLEM

Great Muffler, Cheap Price, Simple Purposeful Look

Weakness:

None as far as I can tell

I have a VW and my car sounds absolutely incredible, like the new 3 series BMW's. It is really deep and thick 4500-5500 rpms then 5500-7500rpms she is buttery sounding sounds awesome. This is a great muffler I am very happy with it and I got some nice dtm tips to go with it. Definetly this muffler does not make my car sound like a ricer, very euro sounding

Good true performance sound.

Nowhere near loud enuff for me.

I would not recommend this product to anyone that wants a loud, aggressive, powerful tone to their exhaust system. For the people who are just looking for a nice, mellow exhaust tone, this is the product for them.

Strength:

LOTS OF POWER!!! I noticed a hug increase in the performance of my car.
Deep sound, no ricey-tin sound and almost no cabin noise without having to add a resignator. The sound wasn't super loud but it was genuine!

Weakness:

Not as loud as I would like, but flowmasters wouldn't have delivered as much performace because of their back pressure.

I had a full cat-back installation with 2&1/2" piping throughout. It costed $135 so with cost muffler slightly over $175 for the whole thing. A great value!
