Model Reviewed: 1999 Honda Prelude Type SH

Strength:

-GReddy Quality -Horse and Torque Power Gain between 4000rpms-7400rpms OUCH.... -Nice deep tone, not LOUD and ABNOXIOUS like the Apex'i N1 -HEAD TURNER -Lots of compliments on sound

Weakness:

Not a single.

All i got to say is that this exhaust its worth the money. The thing you'll love more it's the sound the EVO has one of the best sounds you could hear not like those cheap imitation exhausts.I have it with the AEM Cold Air, good match. If you want power through out the whole rpm's and the best sound go with the EVO. For my Prelude I could barely feel the loss of low end torque to me I feel it the same. Thrust me I'm a teenager and I think it was worth the money its not cheap but if you want horse power thats your answer.

Strength:

Great deep sound, good value, excellent looks! Can't ask for any better.

Weakness:

none

After thinking long and hard about which exhaust to buy for my Civic i decided to go with the GReddy Evo. I didn't know anyone who had but have heard good things. It isn't too loud when just cruisin, but it turns heads when you get on it! Great deep sound, good price, and excellent look. I raced my buddy's V6 cougar stock and lost, but then we raced again with my Evo and i beat him, so it goes to show ya.

Sounds great Looks great Greddy Name Good Value High End HP gain

Weakness:

Wish it was louder during Vtec (5500 +) Loud on the highway over 4500 rpm continuous driving

This exhaust is exactly what I expected after reading reviews and talking to people that owned one. It is very nice sounding while coasting and accelerating. It looks fantastic and really doens't hang too low like some.

- Looks - Good HP gain - Incredible sound - The chicks love that 4.5 inch tip

Weakness:

None at all, Greddy(trust) made a great exhuast!!

My friend and I bolted the sucker on in about a hour and a half. The bolts to the Cat were very rusted and had to get new ones at the Home Depot. But over all an easy install with many benefits. I am very happy with the deep rumble of the exhuast up to about 3000 rpm. Noticable gain in HP allaround. Looks great and performs well what more could you ask for. Pipe hangs a bit low on the right side before the muffler but i havent scraped it YET.

Strength:

-Looks GREAT -Easy to install. Had the guys at a local Midas located in Latham do it for me! -Sound is very good, low rpms from stop lights and you know it's there. Highway you can barely hear, unless you get on it. -Embrossed Greddy Logo, tells the others that you don't pay for a no name brand system. -Best system for the money paid for

Weakness:

-Came up a few screw & bolts from the manufacture. Didn'y stop me from getting it put on! -Tip is a little bigger than expected.

I did some research on the EVO and the price was the best after looking at six to seven websites. Had my eye on the Greddy SP Exhaust System but they discontiuned it due to lack of interest from the import seen.

Strength:

-I could feel the power between 4000rpms - 5000rpms (esp. at VTEC engagement) -Nice looking, not cheap looking exhausts that i see on a lot of ricers -Nice deep tone, mellow. Not loud or obnoxious like the Tanabe RM and the Apex'i N1 -Lots of compliments on sound and looks -Best catback for the 6gen Accords (looks and performance wise)

Weakness:

-Loud as hell the day i got it installed, almost went deaf from driving around (but the muffler was finally broken in so it sounds a lot better now) -Other than that, NONE

When i first bought this product, i was very pleased and happy how was well made. I got my exhaust professionally installed at Mobil because the bolts on my cat-converter was rusted to hell. It's direct fit, and no excess noise so far.

Strength:

sounds exellent!! hugs the rearbumper well .5 inch or so. exellent ground clearance(lowered car 1.75inch)performance is excellent.

Weakness:

none

This exhaust has to be the best on the market. It makes a low bass rumble all the way to 4,000 rpm and then the cold air intake takes over. All of my friends keep asking me to rev it up. The exhaust doesn''''t drone you out on the freeway as long as you are under 80 mph. This exhaust is not super loud but you know it is there. Power through the power band is excellent and definatly gained hp up top. Right now I have dc sports header and aem cold air intake.

Strength:

GReddy name Sounds good, not to annoying ground clearance fits to civic moulding

Weakness:

not much hp gain.

Well at first I was looking at a fireball style of exhaust for my car, but when I came across this amazing deal from this dude I had to get it. The installer took less than an hour to bolt it on and then it was roaring on the road. The exhaust isnt too loud, which is what I wanted, but when it hits higher rpms it screams quite nicely. I also enjoy that the 4.75 inch tip fits fairly snug against the molded body. Other than that the exhaust was a great buy.
