good power handling

I got 2 RFZ3812 and they hit HARD to all of you who say they they suck I have the second loudest system in town and I have WON 3 out of 4 bass competition's so I say come compete with the big boys and we'll see who has the best bass

Rockford Punch Z's are lame. On the other hand NOT all there subs are weak. The new Power HX2's pound like hell. There rated at 1000 watts rms with a 2000 max. These subs are made in 10's 12's and 15's. Also there HE2 series are tight. The push out like 500 rms and 1000 peak. Other than those 2 series the rest suck. HE1's and Punch Z blow. Rockford amps are top quality and very underated. I have a 300S pushing 2 Audiobahn 10's and man can they hit some lows. Audiobahns are tight.

ONLY GOOD THING WAS THEY WERE CHEAP.... And now i know why.(they suck)

they dont work

I just got 2 12 inch rockford punch z's, and they suck. I have them hooked up to a 400w xplod amp. The subs have 100w rms and 200 peak, my amp hardly pushes out 200w per sub. So the subs blew, and everyone i know that had rockfords hate them. If your getting a system dont buy rockford subs cuase they suck big time.

Forget Rockford Fosgate. They have to be the worst subs around. their rms rating is terrible on all. if u want a sub thats gonna give u a rush get an Cerwin-Vega Stroker sub. the 18 preferbly. I got 1 18" stroker in my car running off a kenwood 1600 amp. It POUNDS. MUST WEAR EARPLUGS AST LOUD VOLUME OR WILL GO DEAF.

this sound like crap i have one 12 in my car and running 300 rms to it and at high volumes it sounds bad,had to old kenwood tens before this on same amp and sounded much better.

Sounded good for the time a had them. Mostly sue to the pioneer head unit, it's EQ and Sub control dominate all others.

Weak in power handling, can't push air and distorts. I was happy with it at first, but now I own audiobahn which is better. Bye Far.

Well, I thought they were good. I was new to car audio, and if you were to here rockford they had to be good right? Nada boys and girls a big nada. They sounded ok and hit decent for the time I had them. I don't think they handle very many watts at all, he said 100 rms, but I had 1 jensen 300 watt amp to one and a crapp sony 75 to the other. And I know that jensen if any barely topped 100 rms. More like 50-65 rms. - Maybe. Anyway one of the subs blew. I was not happy to say the least.

Great bass Quality, Hard pounding power!!!

None to me i cant even tell about the subs not hitting low bass cause of the other speakers!

I have 14 total speakers in my car running off of 2 amps, the Jensen 500watt for my 12''s and a Kenwood 400 running my other speakers. It is my own custom design and let me tell you the car just has solid pounding bass. These are the best Subs ive used and the cheapest but Damn! The rest of my speakers include: 6 Bose 6 by 9''s, 6 bose tweeters, and my 2 RF 12''s. The system without the Subs cost me 4 grand, but well worth it, it makes the music sound amazing. I would rate these subs at the top!!!

This item has some growliing bass and is good for someone to learn on and for someone to be happy with if they are looking for good bass.

For peopole that are bass hungry and want to push 4 15"s in your car then these fosgates are not for you.

Alright, Ive had this product for less than a month and it is the first system I have ever gotten. I am used to bass because I play bass guitar in a band and know about wattage and stuff. This porducy hits hard enough for me and sounds good in my 1989 Mercury Cougar.<--First Car. I am running a 300 watt jensen amp and my 2 12''s are bridged in parralell. I dont know the specs on the box but it hits pretty hard.

The 12" Xlc was my first subwoofer ever. I fell in love with it. I had it in a bandpass box that wasnt even made to specs for it, and ran off the front 2 chanells(bridged) on a crappy ass 1200 watt pyramid amp, which throws out nothing but distorted watts. Still under these conditions it pounded in my old hatchback, I could feel it in my lungs. I know have a newer car(no hatchback) with a punch 360a2 amp bridged to a 12" Infinity perfect in a 1.25 sealed enclosure, with a 1 farad cap. and 4 guage wiring. The perfect 12 is a little louder than my Xlc was, yes it has a lot better sound quality, but the bass doesnt travel as far. So if you have a 150 or 200 watt amp and looking for a cheap 12" that will pound pick this baby up.
