They suck so bad, and when they get hot, you can kiss them good bye, they really dissapointed me.

Ok first off I don't actually own these subs but I went to a local stroe to listen and see what all the hype was about and........WOW! My friend has two Rockford Punch HX2 12's and just one S12L7 out hit his system in an open room!!!! I was considering three Hx2 15's or maybe two S15L7's but after hearing that one 12 in a vented box I am only gonna get 1 15. If you want hard low end bass that you can feel then this is the sub for you, but if you don't want to feel your bass then don't buy this sub.

Excellent sound quality,HUUUUGE SPL, High power handling,hit deep,hard,and damn accurate.

These subs will give you headaches,hearing loss,chest pains,and your chances are, your car will rattle apart,They also crave alot of power,if you don't give em atleast 500watts RMS you won't be that impressed

I used to have 4 12" Power DVCS Running off off four punch 800a2's and it was pretty damn loud,it hit 147.9db. well I ended up selling the RF's and I bought Two 12L7's I have them hooked up to two ZR600's and hit a 150.6. That's damn good for 2 12's. I run these subs loud all the time and I haven't blown one yet. If you have the money I'd go for the Solo's If I were you.just one will out bump 2 of basically any other brand of subs if you feed em enough power and wire em right plus you can use a small box and have triple the trunk space. A friend of mine has one15L7 on ZR1000 and it outbumps mine. Kicker is probably the most reliable,smoothest sounding brand going, atleast thats my opinion from experience

i had 2 jl 10"that i though sounded great,until i put one s12l7 in my truck with a kicker zr-360[400watts rms at 2ohms]in a 2.5qf ported box. what a diffrence, it absolutely killllsss s any two 10"or 12"s that if herd,at loud volumes its almost imposible to drive,your vision gets blurry a tickle in your throat.the s12l7 defenetly get my five in a half star ratting.as for the couple of bad reviews i read on this subs i have no idea what they were listening.the question,should you go out and buy one of this subs,no you should by two.

LOUD! CLEAN! NO BOTTOMING LIKE MY LAST S12 round!

I blew it in 3 days :( Although I am overpowering it considerably but hey!

I paid just over $500 with a 3 year you blow it and we replace it warranty. Good thing cause I already used it! I recommend these woofers!

very poor sound quality it has little bass but you can hear none of it outside of the car...very poor speakers

for some reason i bought 3 of these speakers thinking they would out do my 2 punch dvcs. boy was i wrong these speakers sounded like ass i would never suggest buying these speakers to anyone I now have 1 jl audio 15w3 that blows away any system i ever had i have a pc2600 amp running the 15(the same amp that was on the kickers) JL AUDIO IS THE BEST!!!!!

This sub has very good soun quality and high SPL numbers.

I guess the cost but that is the price you pay for the best.

I do competitions and it takes a lot to impress me, and all I have to say is it does the job very well.

i got a kicker 2001 zr 360, with 2001 kicker 2 way crossover and, lol, a he11 of a speaker, very loud bass, especially in the kicker built v-tech box, that im not supposed to have. untouchable, nice excusion,

ummm, heavy, causes headaches, cant use rearview mirrors, money put into dynomat

untouchable, the squareness of it makes it louder, tough looking, at least they got sticthing, not glued. i have been through 4 of them, at shows i would go the db, and jus cranke my amp up, pushin 1000+ watts, i hit hard, but it only lasted a few seconds, but thats a 1000+ watts. if you got two, get rid of one, and email me for the specs on the v-tech type box made for it. if you got room, then get two in the v-tech box, and bolt down your windows. but if you just want a lil bass to add quality stick with your jl, and fosgate, but if you wanna be noticed, KICKER SOLO-BARIC L7

Super Ass Loud!!
The subs will pound plain and simple! i tried the smalled saled box at first but they werent all too loud but when i put em in 2.5 ft^3 boxes........Lord do they hit! They can take an EXTREME amount of power! I have 2 12's and 2 Directed 1100d's!

I blew one! Oh My!!
Well it took 1100 watts to do it!
