This amp can make u look instanly look like your a pro.plenty of hard core bass!!

This amp getts to hot!but i was using kicker L7's 1ohm and this amp can't survive in 1ohm's at all.

this amp is great!i love rockford.this amp is realiable and looks good when mounted somewhere visable.my amp i paid a little more than most but it came with a 4 year warnty.i still have 2 years two go which is sweet.

this amp is pretty good,me and a few friends were running these amps. it really pushed our systems,but anyway i was running this amp to two rockford 12" HX2's. i blew about 4 of them up.. it seemed like i was sending them back every other month. and the amp was getting extremely hot,but i found out that the place that sold them to me wired the box up wrong. i called up rockford and they were very nice and faxed me over a drawn up diagram of how they should be properly wired. after i fixed that problem they banged even louder and the amp stayed cooler and i haven't had any problems..so just call up rock ford and get the proper wiring diagrams before you blow up subs

Top notch amp.If you demand the most from your amps, choose the Power series from Rockford.They carry more power reserve and run cooler.I have mine wired in series,parallel configuration driving three 12in. Rockford Fosgate HE2`s.Rockford doesn`t recommend the 2.67 ohm load in bridged mode but the Power series amp handles it quite easily!Couldn`t justify the price at the dealer though, so went online and saved about $300.00.Sorry,dealers are great to have but they don`t give out any price breaks..

This amp has alot of D@mn power. It gets warm, but mine pushes out 1087 @ 4 ohms.

Pulls alot of current, but I guess thats a good thang. I had to wire a extra Deep-cycle battery and a Punch 1 Farad Capacitor.

I bought this Punch 800.2 amp. This amp will make any subs bang out da frame!!My amp was used to push 2 Rockford Fosgate He2 15''s. Tha amp pushed my subs to tha max, but all of my bass was still inside my car because my Crown Vic trunk is airtight. So recently I went with the new Fosgate HE 15''s..4 of them in a sealed box. I wired the amp down to 2 ohms giving my subs 200 a piece. Now i can barelyv sit in my car with out going deaf.

i didn''t have very many problems with the heating, though the amp''s a bit hot to touch after pounding the hell out of my audiobahn 12 aluminum (1000 rms). overall very powerful, very tight bass, very good price to pay for such a high quality product. battery cap IS recommended :)

Poor sound quality, overheat

Pile of crap. I will never buy fosgate again. The bass was sloppy, undefined, and over all poor. I switched to an Xtant 301a and had a vast improvement in all respects.

Gets too hot. Made my JL's sound sloppy (only amp to have done so).

A friend of mine lent me this amp for a week while I was looking for something to power my subs.I can't really recommend this amp for any reason other than that it can be found semi cheap. It got mighty hot at 4 ohms, so I can't picture this thing working at all at 2 ohms (unlike what someone below said). I've hooked up four other amps to my JL's, and this is the only one that stood out. My JL's got pretty sloppy with this thing on them. If you are looking for a good amp on a budget, go Hifonics. IMO, they are leagues beyond Fosgate. If you've got some cash to spend and are in need of a lot of power, go MMATS.

Remote Punch bass control is so cheap looking and cheap feeling other than that everything is amazing

Amazing amp was useing punch 360 b4 it then switched to the rockford 800.2 Power 2001 model amp and now my sub box is broke :( o well hehe love the power!!

Really powerful. Loud and clear. Good for money. I have 2 rockford fosgate punch HX2's and I hit 150 Decibles in my Iroc-Z Camaro.

Takes out the battery so get a battery cap like I did.

Very loud. I have gone through 6 different subs that are supposed to be able to handle this amount of wattage...and the only thing that I can find that can handle this power is a Orion HCCA 12" sub. The JL Audio 12"W6 blew up after 2 months of having it. I was pissed.

The remote bass is annoying. Especially for as long as I have owned this amp. The remote is very sloppy. They should just build a bigger one on the amp.

I have had this amp running various things. I have at one time had it running 4-12" Rockford Fostgate HE2 and 3-10" MTX 5000 at one time and the amp wanted more!!!!! Yes...it did get hot...but not enough to do any damage.I also had it hooked up to one 12" JL W6 sub and within 2 months the cone of the sub was laying in my drivers seat. Well...not that bad but the cone was torn off of the rubber!!! Either this sub was poorly made or this amp is just that powerful. I have also and currently have it running a 10" Orion XTR Pro right now and it is hitting 129 db for just one 10 that is awsome. I plan on doing a project with 8 Audiobahn 12" and 4- RF 1000A1 amps if anyone knows of any where I can get sponsored let me know, I would love to talk to you other RF fans out there.
