i want to know that if i hook mtx rfl 152 woofer with2 of these amps can i can really high spl?

cant say right now,its defective.

need a cap to get power for it. still waiting to see what this amps really can do.

after reading reviews about this amps,i finally brought it,i have had it for about 40 days,one night while going home it just started smoking,fun thing was that the 3 fuses on the amps were still ok.anyway returning it for replacement

-The 4 AWG direct inputs (my old Clarion ProAudio only had 8 AWG spade connectors) -Price -Simple styling and illumination -Little heat after two hours of listening at 2/3 volume

-Lack of a subsonic filter, but I knew that going into buying it

I bought this amp as an upgrade to my old system. I'm driving a JL 12W7 with it and I love it. I wasn't concerned with amps that double their output from 2 ohms to 1 ohm because the 12W7 is a 3 ohm sub, so this amp was a good choice for me. After about a month of 3 hours/day in the car, I've never heard the amp clip. It's never even got too hot, either. This was something I was concerned with, because I blew two amps in the past for this reason (the beauty of the 30 day Crutchfield guarantee). I'm impressed with it's ability to drive a SQ/SPL sub. Distortion is inaudible.

i got this amp cause i heard it was really good, but after i hooked it up to my rf3112, i found out that it ain't worth the price it works well if u hook it up witt an epi.

i can't afford my third kappa perfect YET, and it will overheat when its 100 degrees outside and it's in trunk, but what do you expect

Whoever had this amp before me blew a pair of 12" momo's, and i just blew a kappa perfect with it. But when I hooked up two Perfects my jaw dropped. This may not be the best amp out but it's d@mn good, and easy to find for a good price

I havn't really put this amp to the test yet because I just got some very disturbing news from Digital Design. They said this amp plays distortion and will blow subs even if they can handle way over the watts it gives. I wanna know if this is true or not, please someone whos knows what they are talking about help me out thanks!! Drewpyd85@yahoo.com

I just bought this amp and i was very skepticle ive had mmats d100hc,xtant1001d,hifonics,lanzar,ppi,orion,well i think you get the idea well the only amp the bp1200 doesnt compare to is the d100 i have this amp pushing 2 cdt hp 1000 10'subs. in a sealed enclosure in my trunk and it slams the only complaint i have is that the amp overheats frequently and it does go into protection(this is florida and in the summer this has happend to every amp except the d100 so overall this is a good amp at a great price!

i would say the d100 but i had 4 of those pushing 24 tens so i will say the xtant 1001d was pushing 2 twelves and the jbl is much more powerful at a third the price

This amp is a beast. I had it hooked up to two ALUM12X's running at 1.5ohms and it slammed them. Best amp for the price that I have ever seen. The only thing is that the damn thing eats so much power. I blew several 80amp fuses and ended up getting a 200amp circuit breaker, but the amp never overheated on me and never cut off.

Have 4 - Each one pushes a JL 12W7 --> It's loud and clear....

Bascially to me this is an outstanding amp that getts the job done. This amp does draw a lot of power and dosen't get that hot when playin it hard alltogther if you can find it cheap go head and get it!!1
