Strength:

None

Weakness:

The ride remains overly stiff and all road surface irregularities are immediately transferred to the driver via the steering wheel, besides low mpg, terrible quality, unreliability.

fails in every aspect.worst buy in small SUV segment.Im trying to sell it, if you think this is going to be a practical and versitile suv, think again.

Strength:

Power galore, comfortable, quiet smooth ride, silky smooth shifting, sits high. Great visibility. Loks good, quiet engine, no road noise. power windows work great. Neat under seat storage bins. Extra Plug in for cell phones or other items in the back cargo area. comes with remote control door locks. Back seat is comfortable but cramped

Weakness:

Weak stereo system, poor speakers, no options features with cd player like ff or advance. Armrests too short and narrow, Not enough room for back seat riders, melted crayon smell after hard driving,Tinted windows should have been standard. Tires are weak, wear fast and expensive to replace. Rear door swings outward. Paint is thinly coated scratches easily. Glove box is way too small. Small whispering sound from front windows at highway speeds. Horn dificult to operate, hard to push. Horn has wimpy sound like a datsun B 210. Remote door lock eats batteries. Repairs are expensive. Cannot lay back seat forward without removing rear seat head rests.

Great looking, smaller suv. Great trim lines looks sharp. Plenty of pep. Looks much bigger than other smaler suv's.

Strength:

The Vehicle is GREAT.. The gas milage started at around 22 when I first got it and since has gone to 24. I have noticed that the gas milage is better just before you change the oil. DONT WAIT THE 5 to 7000 miles to change the oil.

Weakness:

The tires seem to wear quickly and seem to wear on the inside. I don't have many miles on the venicle but those tires are basically gone. They really do suck.. but we know this from the other owners. These Firewreck and Bridgesuck tires are pretty bad. I will have to look at replacing them and from the above this is gonna be expensive... The paint could be a little better and am not looking forward to having that done anytime soon.

This vehicle is one of the better ones I have owned. It is in no way a hot rod but wasn't designed to be that. It does well in the snow here and mountains I have to cross to get to work.

Strength:

sporty looks, abs, turn radius, powerful v6,

Weakness:

lack of room, could be faster,.......that's about it.

I did a lot of reasearch on this car and got blessed with finding a limited edition(used) in our price range. The car looks impressive(ours is white) and I have very few complaints. clear vision of road, acceleration is not so good and could use more horse power, I am looking into he K&N sport air filter for more HP. I like the turn radius, I like the 6 disk cd player, over all I think the speakers can not handle the power of the stereo(front are good rears need to be stronger), I like the leather interior, I like the head room and leg room up front and it is very easy to get in and out of(I am 6'2). Good in winter(I live in new england), a/c is nice, abs brakes are firm, I like the arm rest, I really the sporty looks and get a lot of comments and stares, the keyless entry is nice, gas milage could be better(24-highway and 19-city). I looked at the honda crv, toyota rav4, kia sportage, and the grand vitara had a better crash test rating than all. I ride like a 4wd vehicle should. I just wish it had more room. The XL-7 looks nice as well. Over all I am please with our choice and would recommend this mini-suv. It has every thing a higher class suv would have and although it is smaller the v6 makes it up. With 4 adults in our gv, the v6 makes it feel like there is not.

Strength:

*looks, power, V6, Japanese made.

Weakness:

Cargo space, Stereo system,

Very good car for overall $$$. Good gas mileage, cargo space is very limited. Standard version should include ABS. I test drove the CR-V and RAV 4, both lacked the power of a V-6. Ford Escape, nice truck but a little too expensive. So far I had the truck for 2 months and would recommended it for someone interested in buying an a quality SUV at a responsible price.

Strength:

Size - it is relatively light and compact.
Real 4x4 with low range for tough going.

Weakness:

Lack of power compared with what I expected.
Tires are really prone to hydro-planing and lack any semblance of what you would expect on a vehicle with off-road capabilities. Also, no satisfaction from Bridgestone when contacted.

The vehicle has given me no problems with the exception of the tires. I have yet to take it back to the dealer. The only things that have required attention are normal maintenance items. I bought it to use in conjunction with a motor home (dingy) and have not had the opportunity to do that yet.

Strength:

It will hold a bicycle in the back without taking both wheels off.

Weakness:

Dealer attitude!!

I needed a new car because my current lease was running out, and I carry bicycles a lot, so a wagon or small SUV seemed like a good idea. The Suzuki GV was cute, in an ugly kind of way, and the test drive was okay. At the time, I thought it odd that the dealer wouldn't let me take it on the highway. But the lease was cheap (I was buying a house, too), so I signed.

The car has been nothing but a pain. Thankfully, nothing major has broken, but there have been MANY aggravations.

The AC is erratic - great one day, crap the next. (in Phoenix)
Out of alignment from the get-go.
AWFUL tires! And an odd size, too. 225/60 16's are available everywhere, not 235's.
NOISY NOISY NOISY! This thing has more wind noise than a convertible.
Anti-lock brakes lock. Only in emergency situations, of course.
The rear-end whines, even more so with the replacement!
AC vents, as others have mentioned, flop around.
Short of broken metal, the dealer always says 'that's normal.'

There are more. Like I said, at least it hasn't stranded me. For a little more money, I could have gotten a Honda Accord or a VW Jetta. Next time, I'll just take both wheels off! (Yes, I have racks, but inside is best for trips.)

Strength:

dependable, economical, performance, drive-ability, engineering

Weakness:

expensive replacement parts (headlights are $200 each), somewhat choppy transmission from first to second

Probably the best overall vehicle I've ever owned. Only went to the shop once in 77,000 miles for factory recall on the spark plugs. Other than that, maintenance amounted to changing the oil, timing belt, and adjusting the clutch cable once. These vehicles are very well engineered and easy to work on. I did all of these things myself with little difficulty. I consistently got over 30 miles per gallon, it never leaked any fluid, and was easy on brakes and tires.

Performance is very good also. The 16 valve engines produce excellent cruising power (though admittedly a little short on acceleration). Cornering and handling were excellent. Off-road-ability was outstanding as well. These are very well balanced and go places in two wheel drive that most pickups have to lock to four wheel drive to do. No exageration just ask the dude in the Nissan that saw me up deer hunting in 97...
