The is great. My wife drives it to work everyday, and has had no problems. The car has a fantastic ride and control. The AWD helps alot when wet and flooded. The service is fabulous. I have had 2 Mercedeces in 3 years and trying to buy a new. I love the quality and dependability.

From a maintenance perspective, the worst car we have ever owned. Within the first 18 months, we have had multiple electrical problems--doors will not lock, windows will not close,etc--, the power steering has gone out, air bag problems, engine cooling problems, and the fuel pump has gone bad. Those are the major issues. From a purely subjective basis (but based upon 30+ years of experience) the four wheel drive system is probably the worst I have ever encountered, especially in snow. The car is a constant source of concern.

The ML cannot compare to the quality and reliability I have found with previous Toyota, Jeep and GMC products.

Handling, comfort, interior space, dealers have been great: FMW of Natick and MB of Westwood. Getting about 21 total MPG.

Bumper fit and finish could be better. Cup holder placement.

First SUV we've owned. Bought used with 3,400 miles, now just past 32K miles and besides a few minor glitches, window switches, and a issue with fuel relay have had no other issues. All fixed by Roadside at my home. Car is pleasure to drive. Can be a little noisy on rougher roads, but stable and quiet on highway. Very comfortable seating, spent two 6+ hrs drives and left the car feeling refreshed. Front brakes and rotors needed replacing at 32K. My wife drives car and put 29K on the car in one year, so we have put it to the test, with no reliability issues.

I just want to tell everyone that this vehicle is suck but not all Mercedes model are the same because ML made in Alabama, U.S.A. and share parts with American Chrysler town and country except a major parts such engine, transmission.

This is my first Mercedes (ML 320) that I've bought 3 years ago. One of the most important reasons choosing ML 320 over other SUVs was the Mercedes quality and dependability that I was hearing over the years. But, unfortunately my experience with this vehicle was a bitter one. I've taken my car to service (both Euro Motor Cars, and HBL) close to 20 times during 2 year period. Due to: Defective Fuel pump, Defective Driver side power window Defective Power Mirror Defective CD Changer Defective Driver Seat Heater Defective Side Airbags Defective ashtray lights Transmission shift problems Front Left headlights Front Right headlights Rear Stop lights Glove compartment handle replacement Sounds from Catalytic Converter Loss of Power on Steering But each time taking my car to service was a time consuming and inconvenient process, as you can imagine. After all the problems I had with my ML320, yesterday afternoon I got a “Check Engine” light. Car started to shake when motor is on, and stalled a few times. I checked my user manual. It instructed me to check the gas cap, I did it did not helped. So, based on the user manual’s advice, and with fear of getting stuck on middle of nowhere, I brought my car to HBL this morning for service. After 45 minutes of waiting finally I was able to talk to some one, and they told me that they could not fix the car till NEXT week. (David Saenz, Service Director) THE only reason for me to purchase a Mercedes at the beginning was the idea of its being dependable… But today I’ve found out that, besides being NOT dependable, but if you get stuck on the road you can’t even get a service.

RBM of Atlanta - Great service. They have had lots of practice with MLs. Sound system. Look of auto, third seat, power of 430. Great car when working but will never buy a mercedes again.

Worst car decision ever. Trouble since the first day. Fuel Injector replaced twice. Left stranded 3X. Key tumbler replaced two times. Remote keys always going out and need programming. Excessive Oil consumption. carry extra oil in back for when oil light pops on. Rediculous in an expensive automobile which is suppose to be dependable and quality. Told that there was a ring problem and the rings would have to be replaced but because this is happening with so many MLs the manufacture and the extended warranty company will no longer replace the rings and stand behind their product. Recent recall due to crash potential. Can not get in to fix recalled item for two weeks. Fun...and dangerous?????

This is sthe worst car I have ever owned - from the first day I took it home, it has been trouble. First the check engine light kept coming one. I was told if it wasn't blinking, don't worry. They fixed it by replacing the check engine light. The power steering went out. I could not get the car in gear, but was told at the Mercedes hotline that it was a common probelm, and they told me how to fix it by shoving a pen into the gear shift. The back panel was cracked. The fuel injectors have been replaced. I was told I bought gas with water in it. They added dry gas. They then told me that if the check engine light comes on, it doesn't matter. Nothing is wrong. Nothing wrong except that I have no power. To add insult to injury, I was told to buy my gas at better gas stations. I had purchased gas at the same station since I bought the car. I only wish that I could get my Jeep Grand Cherokee back - or my Honda Accord. this car sucks.

EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION- Dealer says its normal. Oil light goes off prior to oil change . Dealer says "it is OK- just lost 2 quarts of oil.-don't worry about your oil light coming on" Also brakes, brake light switch, window switch, sun roof, seat heaters, and headlights. All this and the dealer says its in spec.

Nice ride, great sound system, comfortable seats.

Bought vehicle with 18K miles. Has been using a LOT OF OIL. Up to a quart every 800 miles. Dealer claims it is a normal condition. Sounds like a lot of BS to me.

good stereo system, rides smooth, seems safe

plugged up fuel filter, power steering hose come off, brakes went out, check engine came on & ran bad twice, new computer to a toal of $2438 in repairs for the 6 months I have owned the car. The car still has problems.

Recieved the car for graduation and it has been nothing but trouble. We thought I would be getting a reliable car but we were seriously misled by the name. Do not buy this car!!! Left me on the side of the road several times.I Like the car when it runs but good luck at getting it to do that. Worst mistake in buying this car and I just want my Chevy back. Now I am trying to find a new car since this one is a POS. I will never buy a Mercedes again! In the last 2 months I have only had the car for maybe a week(the car now lives at the dealership) but even they dont know how to fix it. We are currently trying to get the dealership to take it back, but first we have to have it fixed.
