Strength:

More looks than a hot stripper, an absolute blast to drive, and how cool is it to drive into the mudhole where your friends F350 1 ton xtracab is stuck and pull him out??? The last (and only) time I got it stuck in the swamp (and yes, I do mean Florida swamp...) I had to get a Bulldozer to pull it out...

Weakness:

Bring lots of cash into the fight. It cost alot to buy, and more to keep. Fuel mileage is poor (bank on about 12 MPG), maintanence is expensive, and they really do break down alot (that''s why the Marines have alot of Mechanics...)

Well, Where do I start??? This is definitly the epitome of a love/hate relationship. Its pretty much like having a beautiful woman. Its alot of work to get, and even more expensive to keep. Everyone is always checking it out (which is cool at first, but gets really old...) and everytime something goes wrong you swear your going to get rid of it until you drive it again and you realize you cant do without it. Sound familiar, guys??? I love driving this truck. No other SUV even compares (and yes, I have driven them all- Land Rovers, Land cruisers, LX-470''s, Navigators, Escalades, Tahoes, Yukons, etc. You name it...), but it definitly depends on what you are looking for (no, its not like driving your living room couch). Lets face it, its not the most quiet, most plush, smoothest or fastest, but it wasnt meant to be. It does go fast enough (100 MPH), is strong enough to tow (I towed a 20'' enclosed trailer that was loaded full, all the way from Pensacola, Fl to Central Penna with no problems), is a BLAST to drive and will take you just about everywhere you want to go off-roading.

Strength:

off road abilities, head turner

Weakness:

price, quality (GM, what a laugh) and basically it um...how can I say this... S--U--C--K--S

This truck is OK. It is very sluggish and cannot turn. Although I have used a plow on it, I have driven it thru 4 feet of snow and it didn''''t even feel like it was in snow. It turns heads, but when a car pulls up, I can''''t stay up with it. I can barely pass anyone without almost hitting someone via other side of the road. It broke down 2wice, as overheating. took it to dealers they said anti-freeze was slowly lwaking. Anyway this is a terrible driving viechle, but it is absoutely incredible off forad + snow, in fact, i''''ve been off road in the snow!! lol

Strength:

Easy turning brakes and comfort it is mostly rugged comfort

Weakness:

Needs repairs often and is very wide you would need to park in a big parking space gass expense is a problem

I have driven this vehicle and I love it even though the vehicle requires repairs I have always liked these cars their aggresive look and most of all they are unique vehicles Well if you can afford a Hummer a few repairs would not be an issue

Land Rover Jeep and Range Rovers do not even compare if it was used in the military it is reliable

Weakness:

Power, Quality

The Montero is absolutely the best looking SUV for it''s price. However, the power and torque are certainly are unexpected. The 200 bhp will struggle to keep the SUV alive on steep hill climbs.

Strength:

I would mention it was a good 4x4 but it is so unreliable that I would never take it farther than I could walk.

Weakness:

can''t fix it as fast as it breaks.

worst pile of crap on the planet. It breaks every 2 weeks and takes 3 weeks to fix. I''ve gotten to drive it about 4 months out of the last year. I would be money that a 1981 Yugo would be more reliable
