Lots of room, all the seats are heated and a great stereo system.

Mechanically wise its a piece of junk. Not worth the money.

Very disappointed in the performance of this vehicle. When we first got it it was my dream truck. Since that time one thing after another has gone wrong. For Ex: The brakes had to be machined after 1 year. The service engine light soon kept coming on so the 0 2 sensor was replaced. At 59,000 the transmission went and now the dash rattles. Lucky for us it is a lease and it will be returned to the dealship. I have never owned what I would consider a piece of junk before. This would be the truck. I don't recommend spending the money on this vehicle its not worth it. Oh, I forgot when I first got it I took it to a pressure wash car wash and a huge chunk of paint came off the front bumper and it had to be repainted. Both heaters in front seats failed and had to be replaced.

My previous vehicle was a mercedes benz, I must say their is a very big defference in quality, interior design and interior noise. I think GM is suffering from a bit of nostalgia. My GMC Denali's steering wheel feels like my father's 1979 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. Unfortunately, my father's Coupe DeVille had better gas miliage. It is a gas gusler to say the least. I'm doing 12.5 miles to the gallon, and that's all highway miles. Compared to the mercedes benz, it is not put together as well, their isn't a lot of attention to detail. GM has never had a problem designing the exterior of all their vehicles. The GMC Denali is no exeption, it has a very good looking exterior. The reason I bought the GMC Denali was the commercial on TV, (Professional Grade). I'm a project manager and I'm always on the road and visiting job-sites. So I needed a office on wheels so to speak.

Compared to Lexus, GM needs to pay more attention to fit and finish quility. Also they need to pay more attention to customer service.

Traded my LX470 99 for 03 Denali XL. this car really impressed me with the handling and performance. Though i had a major lead in the barke hydro booster system the second day, first problem to encounter the service dealr (GMC had to pick the poart from the assembly line in WI. It was fixed and i was happy. Though my dealer offered me another one. I'm happy with what i got. My wife is much happier with the looks, room and handling. If we went with the New 03 LX470, we would of payed 23 big ones on the top of the Denali. A definit money waster for that much money.

2002 GMC yukon denali ride is great. Performance is good.the all wheel drive is poor. the Gmc youkon should have the four wheel drive system that on the Yukon. I had a 2000 yukon that was four wheel drive , that was great. If GMC would install a the Yukon four wheel drive from the in the Deenali I would buy a 2004 yukon Denali. Driving a rental vehicle, Ford Explorer, that also fits my kids and actually works. Humm....we could have saved $10,000 and had a car to drive.

Wish I had great things to say about the vehicle. Yes we can fit our five teenage children in it, but it doesn''t do much good as it has spent most of it''s life in the shop. Less than 2000 miles and we are told it needs a new transmission. There is a technical service bulletin out there on it (so be ready for your transmission to fail as well) but the fix the TBS suggested didn''t work.

this SUV is outstanding to say the lease,i test drove every SUV you can name and not one of them comes close. the ride,agility,handeling,design in and out is king of the biggest mountain known and unknown.I B.S. you not, i''m thinking of getting a second one in the color white. perfect for a men with a family of eight. GMC has out done their self with this one and you can believe that partner. well enough with the kodo''s. Its time for the long ride home in wonderful traffic and thats on the real.

Best vehicle I''ve ever owned, including 5 Corvettes, 2 Silverados, and a 2002 Tahoe LT 2WD (my wife''s truck). Although the 2WD Tahoe also has AutoRide, the 17-inch Michelin tires give the Denali an edge in the smoothness department. The all-wheel drive is awesome - coupled with the AutoRide and 17-inch tires, it sticks to the road like a cat on velcro. That comes in handy in the heavy thunderstorms we get in downtown Tampa, where every road is a maze of ruts, bumps, and potholes, and a simple turn onto a side street can quickly result in your front end trying to swap places with the rear (in a 2WD vehicle). For a stock factory engine, the 6.0 has extreme power and torque, but it''s also smoother and quieter than any engine I''ve owned. Accelerating up the interstate on-ramps is as easy as in my ''Vettes. The heavy duty tranny is smooth as a baby''s butt. Despite the Denali''s heavy weight, the big tires and 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes can stop you on a dime - when panic braking you have to keep one eye on the rearview mirror to see if you''re gonna get rearended. And the Bose stereo, oh wow! The cleanest sound I''ve heard in any vehicle, including the Japanese high end cars. Maximum volume, no distortion, and 6, count''em, 6 CD''s on tap at any time (the Tahoe has a single CD player). I detailed the truck top to bottom, inside and out, 3 days after I got it. Fit and finish were impeccable - I found no flaws whatsoever, and I tried hard to find one. I test drove a Mercedes ML500 for three days before I bought the Denali - it couldn''t compare. The Denali''s ride is MUCH smoother, it turns tighter, rides quieter, has a dash-mounted CD changer (the changer is in the cargo compartment in the ML500), has a LOT more room in it, has softer glove leather seats, and turns more heads because there are a lot more plain-jane Mercedes SUV''s around here than Denali''s.

Cound not have asked for any more. Got it just before a 2 week Vacation to Mexico (1700 miles trip) and did what it was made to do. I could have gone more. Seats are very confortable. pleanty of room for. We got 10 adults to fit (tight but we road on a 100 miles trip)

This is a pretty nice truck/SUV. Very surprised at how well this thing handled compared to my old 4-runner. I compared this with a 2001 4-runner. The runner was a piece of garbage. At 15,000 miles the leather was coming off the door panel, all the doors were squeaking, and it was so loud inside. Needless to say, I bought the Denali and love it. The only downfall was some idiot smoked in the car and now it smells like smoke. Hopefully the dealer can fix that though, we'';ll see
