Strength:

* power * handling and shifting * believe it or not low interior noise * styling

Weakness:

* my only complaint is the fingerprint and nose prints on the windows when I park it! It really draws attention. Takes me 15 minutes to handle questions when I pump gas. * Bose stereo is nice but the speakers could use an upgrade.

A fun car that has exceeded my expectations. I was seriously considering a Boxster but could not part with the cash and I'm glad that I held out. Drive and ride is all sports car and the power is great. Fit and finish of the car is extremely good. I've had no problems and everthing has worked perfectly.

Great acceleration, breaking, turning. This car is almost flawless. Looks and drives like a 1,000,000 dollars.

Strength:

price, looks, power, handling, steering

Weakness:

nothing to note

One of the best bargains on the road today! The most impressive is the steering. Nicely weighted with feedback similar to the BMW M3. This is not one of those cars with no low end torque. It has power where most people tend to use it. Handling feels somewhat like a midengine car. The steering lets you dial in more turn in at any time.

Strength:

Power, fun to drive, styling, comfortable cabin,

Weakness:

None at this point

I recently purchased a Chrome Silver Touring Model, that's loaded with every option except splash guards. It was ordered by another person, who could not support the financing required when the car arrived. I was looking for a sports car for about (6) months and was very happy to get a call from my local nissan dealer. This car is very nice, it's fast and I still can not believe the number of people that ask about it, anytime I stop. The size of the cabin is impressive, I'm 6' 2" and 245lbs and fit in easily. The manual transmission feels excellent, short precise movements. The Navigation system is very easy to use, 1st time I've owned a vehicle with one and I'm not sure that I'll own another without one. The Bose stereo is impressive. I've take the car on a couple of fall color tours, and the seats (heated) and overall ride are very comfortable, even on our legendary Michigan roads. If your looking for a fine, affordable sports car, that could be a daily driver, you should test drive the new 350Z.

Strength:

-Strong engine, very torquey -Great handling for its size and weight -Good amount of usuable cargo area for a coupe/roadster -Overall solid feel -As smooth as you can get without intruding on handling, or using a hydrolic system like in 745i. -Lots of room for modifications if you're into that

Weakness:

-More expensive than the S2000, with comparable specs. I've always known Nissan to be a little cheaper than Honda. -Weird styling, but it may float your boat (I don't like it too much) -Doesn't offer anything we haven't seen before (like the S2000 did with it's 9k rpm redline, or the nifty (but pretty useless) start button.

A friend of mine recently picked up the 350Z. Aside from its goofy looks, it's a pretty solid car. Pretty performance oriented, it compares to the upcoming Honda S2200 the best (Similar to the S2000, less the drop top). It's specs are similar, but it seems to ride a bit more smoothly (I'm sure due to it's low-end vs the S2000 complete lack of low-end). It's cargo area is a bit larger as well, making it a bit more practical. It's specs should speak for it. It's fast and pretty nimble stock, and leaves plenty of room for modification. The naturally aspirated engine puts out enough HP and torque to push you back in your seat, and the suspension is firm enough to grip up to around .85-.9 lat g (from my highly accurate test of hanging a string and weight from a mirror). The gas is a little sensitive, and the brakes are VERY sensitive, but that could be because it still need broken in. And thats not to say sensitive pedals are a bad thing either. The clutch felt good, and the stick just as good. The whole transmission was very similar to the S2000's feel. The steering was more precise than I expected for such a heavy car as well. The interior is nothing too special, but nothing too bland. The strut bar cover in the rear is a nice touch, with it's titanium look and "Z" symbol. In comparison, it's right on par with the S2000, with a different style.

Strength:

1. Fast 2. Smooth acceleration 3. Great handling 4. Affordable 5. $50K dollar car styling 6. For the money, who can beat it?

Weakness:

1. Not the world's fastest car 2. Limited space. (It's a real sports car.) 3. Crowd (and envy) inducing styling. (Be prepared to be the most popular or coveted driver in your area.)

This is one of the finest cars I have ever driven. I have driven the Maxima SE, Sentra SE-R, Mazda MX-6, 300ZX Turbo, and Dodge Viper. Not to say this car is better/faster than all on the list. But it is one of the smoothest and most driveable cars that can be had for around $30k. With nearly 1000 miles on the car, it is very fast and handles extremely well. If you are looking for a true sports car whose alter-ego is that of a daily driver, then you have found the right car. The more you drive this car, the more you like it. It looks even better in person...but wait until you drive it. Drive=love

Strength:

Engine Suspension Design/body Eventual aftermarket support Best deal for the money

Weakness:

Long wait time to get one Dealer's selling at over MSRP

I own a Chrome Silver Touring 6-speed Z and it's amazing. With 287 hp from it's VQ engine, the car has great performance off the line. There's plenty of torque and I drive around the city in 5th or 6th gear with no problem. Passing is a breeze, just step on it and go. With traction control off, the Z easily spins it's tires through first and second. You'd never believe how many thumbs up I get while driving around.
