Strength:

Comfort, cargo space, looks, speakers, handling, gas mileage ( I average about 330 to a tank in normal commute) interior storage space.

Weakness:

Everyone thinks its a rental, noises, where I bought it, those damn cup-holders, I used mine as change holders.

Well, I have to say that I am more dissatisfied with the dealership than the car, but the care has had some issues. Its beautiful, sleek, stylish, roomy and comfortable. Acceleration and power and all that are fine. Not spectacular, my old 87 Celica would have blown past it, BUT it is definately ample. I bought it with 83000 miles. at 86000 miles, I had to rebuild the tranny, 3rd gear went out. Dealership didnt help at all, I had to pay for it. Then 500 miles later, tranny needed work again, cylinoid went out. It likes to eat through front brake pads in about 6 months, I also noticed alot of knocks and noise comming from the front end. I love my car, but it has issues. And I wish I had bought a purple one from A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. One last thing, the long distance travel in this car is fabulous!! I went to vegas in this car and I went 362 miles before the gas light came on, then drove it another 45 miles to gas station to fill up. Around town isnt bad either, but highway is wonderful. I bought it with 83700 now has 97700 and still going strong.

Strength:

Big back seat & trunk

Weakness:

I think I said them all above

I hadn't even had this car for 6 months and I already regret buying it. Not only have I had to replace the battery, and replace the starter twice, but now my head gasket is leaking and have oil in my spark plugs. Everyone I've talked to that has or has had a Breeze has had this problem. The cup holders are too close to the gear shirt, and drinks don't even stay in them. Also, the heat doesn't work all that well, and it has slow acceleration. I definately wouldn't recommend buying this car!

Strength:

Lots of room Large windshield Rear back seat unfolds for more room in the trunk 4 dr. good factory sound system

Weakness:

difficult to rewire(at least it was for me) slow pickup the distance between cup holder and gear shift brights not so good(unless you hold it in..ha ha)

I love my car. I have had it for about 7 months and no major problems. I bought it with 36,000 miles and the warrant up to 80,000 miles. It takes a little while for it to catch speed but when it does it flies. I guess because I am used to a V6. But I still love it. It is a beautiful shiny metallic silver. There are a few minor things such as i can never keep a bottle soda or anything in the cup holder cuz the shifter always knocks it over. But a small price to pay for such a fine car.

Strength:

roomy interior, good gas mileage, good view of the road from behind the wheel,

Weakness:

the rear window is a little high for you to be able to judge what is or isn't behind you. Or how far you are from it. Sometimes you can barely see what is behind you

I have had this car for 2 years now. The only thing that I would have to say is my main gripe is that the engine a little loud. Its not one of your quieter more luxurious cars. If thats what you are looking for, this is not the car for you. BUT, this car goes with me on 6 hour trips every two months or so, and always makes me happy with its performance. In traffic, on the highway, on backroads, this car has never let me down.

these cars are junk, head was replaced before we bought it however the plugs and wires were bad at like 40,000 miles then at 42,000 miles rear main oil seal blew, and last but not least a piston rod blew down through the block and the oil pan, needless to say now i will be replacing the engine.

Strength:

Good gas mileage, if you keep up on the maintance preformance is well.

Weakness:

stearing wheel squeek(minor) cup holder to close to the gear shift weather strip in windshield keeps comming loose,so I just took it off. so far so good. reverse light keeps going out. Third one in two years, same side too.

I bought this car in 2000. I test drove the car and my brother-in-law noticed oil on the lot. The car salesman said (of course) it is from another car. I bought the car and drove it home, the next morning I noticed oil on my driveway, took it back and exchanged a few words with the dealership and they fixed my oil pan free of charge of course. Just a month ago I replaced the battery for the first time. I must say having to go through the wheel to get to it is a pain because only Wal-Mart will do the labor and not charge you anything(providing you buy the battery from them)I have had the front brakes replaced, so far the back are still good. I have kept up with all the maintance and did encounter and econ-lube telling me my valve cover gasket was leaking, I saw no such thing, so I took it in to another service station and they saw no sign of it either. Never know who you can trust. I bought it with 56k and now have 88k. Runs good, stearing wheel shakes as with most I have read.

Strength:

EVERYTHING!!!! There is not anything that I hate of this car..

Weakness:

I dont really think of the gasket as a weakness.. Oh, the right door speaker rattles but thats cause I play that stereo with 6 disc cd changer extremely loud.. Oh, and it does make like a electronic noise in the ceilin somewhere..

I love the car... I have had it since it drove off the lot with only 500 some miles on it.. It has been great to me.. It is quick which makes me wonder why other people say its slow.. It even red lines for a stock auto.. Everyone here is surprised cause of this.. Well, I am thinkin because of the price I paid, I think that the engine has mods... I have had problems though.. The head gasket has gone out.. Then replaced it for only a hundred some.. It does make a gurgllin noise sometimes when I shut the engine off while the engine fan is runnin.. BUT, that is easily fixed... Have doe it before but when I took the car to get the gasket replaced, the dealer didnt drain the air in the system.. The tranny is gettin more harsh but it still shifts great and all.. It is probabaly me driven it like its a racer... WHICH, it handles a lot better than other cars I have driven.. Because of this car, I will always have to keep it with DaimlerChrysler... Drive=Love... Oh, and the engine is pretty much the same engine as the one in the Eclpise GS so its got that spunk..

Strength:

nice power , 160km/h, no sweat . i VTEC -ed a lot of those done up honda-s. i like the engine a lot .2.4 4 cyl., 160hp, feels like 200+. no joke !!!it takes 20$ a week to drive around the city and go to work every day .

Weakness:

tachometer it goes from 900 to 1500 when the engine is cold , and it takes a while to get back to real reading.but that is no problem .it can be fixed easy.

after four years and 65k , the car is in mint condition . never seen dealer , never seen mechanic . the only visit to the dealer , it was for my first oil change( because it was free) . since then,no problem at all .i do the engine oil every 4000k ,myself , and always use good oil and filters .did the transmision oil once at 49k, at mr.lube and that's all .brake were exchanged at 35k and the car it's running like a babe .i never plan to see those lousy mechanics at chrysler dealerships . they do more damage to the cars , then fix them . they are not qualified and under paid ! the michelin tires that were installed on the car , are still ok ,third winter and still better than the blizzaks. engine is so quiet ,sometimes i think is not started . and i like how it starts on this cold weather of -20C. i keep the car always outside ! anyway , i think that is a lot better than the mercury sable i owned before , for 12 years !

Strength:

style,power, fuel economy.roomy, price

Weakness:

defective transmission and head gasket

It has nice styling, very roomy and is well built. It has lots of power with a 2.4L engine and an automatic od transmission. It handles very well and gives a smooth ride. The problem is that it had 2 very serious design flaws.A major snap ring in the transmission was not heavy enough and failed @125,402km causing a transmission rebuild costing 2,000CAN.The head gasket was leaking oil and was replaced @137,000 for 500CAN. I wished I'd bought a more reliable car.

Strength:

Motor if the headgasket is replaced with MLS type. Decent fuel economy. Like the Teal Green color.

Weakness:

Weak Auto Transmission, standard with Chysler products. Haven't had car long enough.

I bought this car with 79,000 to replace my 1996 Neon/MTX, which had 217,000 miles. Only concern I had was to make sure the headgasket was done. That was the only major repair done on my Neon. Usually a gurgling noise, loss of coolant, and a oil leak by the rear of the motor is a sure sign of failure. The transmission had a complete meltdown at 82,276 miles. The replacement boneyard trans has 31,000 miles on it. I have put about 1000 miles on it. So far so good. Some squeaks and rattles. if it becomes as reliable as my Neon, it will be worth it. Otherwise i can pick up another car at the next auction.
