Strength:

Power, handling, comfort, stereo is great, style, you name it.

Weakness:

Seat bolt broke at 70000 miles. About a 300.00 repair for the seat frame. Thats it!

WONDERFUL! People make fun of me cause I'm 25 and drive, as they call it, a "grandpa car"....UNTIL I put six of us in it comfortably. Small cosmetic issues, and if you don't change the oil faithfully, it WILL breakdown and burn, but well worth the few small issues. People move out of the way of my white beast cause they think I'm a state trooper. LOVE this car.

Strength:

Comfort, large spacious trunk, good gas mileage for a large car, quiet interior, sits up high for my crippled up legs and you have a great company like Ford who really stands behind their product.

Weakness:

doesn't have any in my opinion

This is my second marquis. It drives beautifully. When you go on a trip, you are not as tired because it does not beat you up along the way.

I did have an air conditioner problem and the dealership was not helpful in the least. My waranty had just expired, I had less than 25000 miles on my car and the dealership refused to do anything except try to sell me an extended waranty for a 1000.00 or repair it for 985.00.

My daughter contacted ford co and they were wonderful. I am an elderly person on a fixed income. I did not have 1000.00. Ford Co fixed my car and they ran it through their program that is designed for anyone who is disbled and their waranty is just expired and their vehicle has less than 25000 miles on it. The dealership had the option of going through this program but they did not want to help. Another Ford dealership did it for us, the cost was half of what marshall bros wanted to charge and I only had to pay 100.00 of the whole thing.

I would buy another grand marquis, but never will I do business with Marshall Bros Mercury dearlership again.
