NO features for 40,000.00. They couldn't even fit in a locking gas cap. The visor are recycled for a 60's beetle but they were probably better. See why doesn't have dimming mirrors, you can't see out of them anyway. Power seats good fancy ones, they only go backwards and forward (wow). Radio can't say so noisy you wouldn't know if good or not. Drinks gas like crazy and the tiny motor requires prem for some reason. The dealers should love it for future repairs. Values are dropping like a rock in water. Since they can't seem to rid the market of 02 and here comes the 04's.

This car has been nothing but an expensive waste of money. It has less features then many base asian make car. Will probably get run over in the darn thing since you can see out of it what so ever unless the less the top is down. That top is stupidest design feature have ever seen. What do you do with a 100lb shell on a cart in the garage. Its just in the way. Only reason some must like it is cause people come up to talk. Well if they want a ear full just ask. Found can't do a thing with it except drive around, it has no room whatsoever.

The v-8 and all the power options avaliable.

This car is great with its 5.0 liter V-8. The car really gets out and Flys with little ease.

Low gas milage & too weighty. (3800 lbs, or approx. 2 tons, ouch).

I liked the Yellow very much. Not many cars can pull off yellow but the bird does. When I went back no yellow. I bought RED. It is great looking. Classic styling. Even the guy at the toll booth said " Nice Car "

GAS HOG, even the v6 gets 16-26mpg and the v8 gets 14-24mpg not much difference. Also gasket heads often go around 100k as well as the trans. Better buy bendix performance breaks or else this car eats brakes as fast as it blows by competition. the goods outway the negs by 5-1 in my opinion

This was my first car at 15 1/2 yrs old and I'm now 20. I love everything about this car. Its a sport suspension and independant suspension in the rear. How ever it is the v6 3.8L and has had gasket heads replaced at 121k which isnt bad considering the miles. Only minor problems not really worth mentioning or only replaced once during the 4.5 yrs I owned this car. THIS IS MORE POWERFUL THEN SITES SAY. I have raced 3000gt's eclipse turbos suburo (pardon the SP) WRX supposedly having a 225 hp with a turbo in the rain on the interstate and we stayed head to head. So u do the math this car produces about 232HP and the v8 produces 310 while the SC produces 390+ hp I recently bought a 97 tbird and thunderbirds i feel are the best cars on the road today. has alot of options available yet parts are pricey.

I love having the hard top and the soft top as well. I like also how I can change gears or let it manually change whenever I want. It handles well in curves and straights, when I want to go I just mash the peddle to the metal. I rides like a much larger car. The Dual Climite Control it nice also. The trunk space is larger than expected also.

Short over head when getting in the car.

I was just driving by a Ford dealership. I caught a glimps of something cute and red. I ask my husband to turn around I wanted to see what kind of car it was. It was the prettiest car that I had ever saw. I loved the 2 tone red and black interior. Steering wheel and red gear shifter. We has a cobra on order I talked him into calling Jackie Jones Ford and cancel the order and change it to a bright red Thunderbird. Which I love it, and I think he's glad that he went along with me.

Sound of it with flowmaster exhaust, looks great, very comfortable, fast and quick, smooth yet sporty to drive, looks great in a bra!!

cup holders, they suck since the are located inside the center consel, not available in manual transmission

I love this car. It is my other girlfriend! It is the LX V-8 model with leather and all the toys. This car is great, it is very quick and fast, very comfortable, smooth, sounds great with flowmaster exhaust, beats most imports out there. This car looks so good when waxed up. I get nothing but complements and stares. Makes friends jelous. All around awsume car!!! Hope to keep mine for a long time, have many modifications in mind!!
