Nice interior. Good highway milage but drops 7-10 MPG in the city. Body styling is attractive.
Weakness:
Trunk is heavy and has slammed shut on my back when fishing things out of the trunk. Many reviews have mentioned problems with the windows and speed sensor. I have owned the car for 6 months (I had the dealer fix the AC when I bought it). The car looks great and was performing well for the first 5 months. The interior lights occasionally flickered on for no apparent reason, but nothing too big. In the past month a speed sensor went out so that it wouldn't shift out of low gear ($190) and now the drivers side window seems to have come off its mount. The window needs carefully guided by hand as it closes to fit tight into the seal. I haven't fixed this yet but I am hoping these problems do not continue. I have a feeling it's a lemon! I bought this vehicle May, 2003. It had 89,369 miles on it. It just turned over to 94,000 and the transmission started shifing funny and the engine light came on while on the way to work today...I have never had a dependable vehicle in my life and now this! I went from a lemon neon to a lemon Saturn now to a lemon Chrysler Concorde! Similar Products Used: Neon Saturn |

Like some of the other reviews, we have had a similarly poor experience. Twice we've had the speed sensor replaced because it went in its safety mode and wouldn't shift. Twice we've had shorted wires replaced that caused the dashboard lights to flicker. The trim around the headlights started pulling out within the first two years we had the car. The driver's window fell off its carrier. And now the engine is misfiring causing horrible noise and smell and the service guys can't figure out what to fix. In addition, every event is a fight with the service desk whether it is covered in our warranty. I dream of the day we get rid of the car. |

We have a 1998 Concorde with 85,000 miles on it. The A/C is broken, the brakes have been replaced, we've had numerous problems with the moonroof and driver's window, and now we're told that something is wrong with the transmission. The car has nice ammenities, but it's a piece of junk! |

Durable engine, Excellent gas milage, Comfortable seating, Smooth ride.
Weakness:
Minor issue/scare with the transmission @ around 80K miles - only needed a speed sensor (wouldn't shift, few!) Molding around rear door frames, trim around headlights, dash lights flickering @ dusk and trunk light are current problems but expected with age. I purchased this new in '98. It has been worth every penny. It has 125,000+ miles and still running strong. It still has the original brakes & two tires! Other than a few minor issues I would highly recommend this engine and year. Similar Products Used: Various |

Nice leather interior - great CD player with the Infinety speaker. Roomy inside & hugh trunk. Nice quiet ride. Was looking forward to driving on a vacation with room to stretch.

Since I only had the car 2 days not much to say except I hope someone else had better luck with there Chrysler Test Drice was great - took it home on a Bought on a Saturday by Sunday night, Speed Odmeter wouldn't work, engine light came on & it only stays in one gear! Hmmm wonder what that could be? First used car I've ever had last less than 48 hours! Similar Products Used: None |
