No compass. The steering wheel cuts across the top of the speedometer so it is hard to see the speed at normal highway speeds around 70 mph.

I've really been happy with this car. It is very quiet and comfortable, and also handles well. The styling is terrific. The interior stacks up well against much more expensive cars. It is loaded with standard features. I got the "base" model and it has everything I could want. Being tall I got a model without a sunroof. Even though the dealer said it makes no difference, there was significantly less headroom in the car I test drove that had a sunroof. I also got cloth seat because I don't like hot leather seats in the summertime. The cloth is very good looking - a luxurious cloth that is made to wear well. I love all the wood interior touches and the many safety features. I also like that the stereo comes on at the same level no matter how loud it was when you turned it off, that the stereo and power windows can be operated without the key, and the one-touch up as well as down on all four windows. I think you really get a lot of car for the money.
