Strength:
Top down motoring Corners on rails easy to upgrade, large aftermarket Great character Awesome gas milage - 30+mpg even with top down
Weakness:
Too small to drive cross country Lack of luggage space for long trips This is the most fun you can have on four wheels. No other vehicle even comes close to the quality and capabilities of this car. Without a doubt this car is worth all of the hype it received. It has also been easy to add my own touches that make the car my own. Similar Products Used: Mercedes SLK Ford Mustang Subaru WRX |

Good pick up, handels great, looks great after the rims and lowering.
Weakness:
none Been wanting one since I was in high school. I graduated in 91 and happended to purchase a 91. Got it at a good price. Installed some aftermarket items to kick up the performationce. Air intake, 15" TSW with 40 style tires, high performance exhaust, lowered is ( better control lowered but ride quality sufferes) low resistance spark plug cables and splitfire plugs. I use it on the weekend, during the week I drive my excursion ( go figure) I love when the week roles around, it is a great can specialy in Florida were I can enjoy it year round. Strength:
Great handling and plenty of power for its size. Very tight for a car with 56,000 miles.
Weakness:
Have found none. Hey - when I want trunk space, I drive my sedan. The Miata is the closest you will come to a four-wheeled motorcycle. Great fun to drive. I''ve wanted one since they first came out and finally got the chance to buy one. I am not disappointed. |

Miata
Strength:
Reliability, fun to drive, handling, purchase price (for a sports car), insurance cost and the view - the sun, moon, stars and sky.
Weakness:
Horrible OEM tires, so-so stereo, no roll bar, your chances of injury/death in a collison, everyone calling them either ''small'' or ''cute'' and having to change the belt at 65k. Not fun at high speeds with high winds. Bought the Miata almost six years ago used with 6,000 miles. Today it has 44k. It has been the most reliable car I''ve ever owned. Love the shifting, cornering, handling, fit/finish and sound of the engine. It''s entertainment on 4 wheels. Not for those seeking luxury but THE car for those seeking fun. If you have to rule the world, this is not the car for you - buy a truck or a Vette. If you came to dance, this is your partner. The fact is has no back seat. The small gear shift is great. It holds not too many groceries (:
Weakness:
The cup holder stinks. Keeps me from drinking a cup of coffee on the way to work, but maybe that''s a good thing. I am having a blast with my new toy. This is by far the funniest, coolest car I have ever had. When Miata owners say this is a fun car to drive, that is an understatement. My Miata was so very affordable, but looks like it costs a lot more. Similar Products Used: ''97 BMW 318ti and 2000 Ford Mustang. Both have back seats and not fun. |

Strength:
Highly customizable. We upgraded the car with an after market air intake and high performance exhaust system. Performance has improved, especially cose to the red line. Also, we added a vodoo shifter, roll over bar and a wind breaker. The car just looks awesome. The sports car feel as well as handling is what stands out. There is no corner you cannot handle.
Weakness:
The ride is rough and when the top is up, it is quite noisy. But then again this is a sports car. The top has a vinyl rear window which is not really suitable in/around Northeast. You could easily shatter it during a cold winter drive. Always wanted one since I first saw one. The Miata''s looks are classic, it will never look old. Similar Products Used: none. |

Strength:
Enough power to beat most midsize cars and compete pretty well with other sport cars(short distance). The Miata also has great handling and girls think its a really sexy car. Also even when pushing the car it is impossible to get less than 20 MPG. Many upgrades available for the car to make it faster.
Weakness:
Along with girls, cops also love this car. The car looks a lot faster than it actually is. I think the Miata is a great car as long as you don''t mind the the road noise and the fear that if you run over a large dog with the car then the car will be totaled and you will probably go to the hospital. Other than that it is a great car. Similar Products Used: None |
