Review 3 of 326

Price Paid:  $32000.00 from Landers

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Camaro SS

Summary:
Just recently traded my 2002 Mustang GT on this vehicle, and could never be happier. The Camaro has more power, believe it or not overall beter ride, and just feels like a real sports car. No comparison in my opinion.

Strengths:
Obviously the biggest strength is the brutal power of the car. Steering is very responsive and the corners well. (Much better than the Mustang) The Monsoon system really kicks and has a high quality of sound. ( Speakers do not pop and rattle like they did on my Mustang) Seats are very comfortable and the interior is quiter than on the Mustang. Also, there are no rattles or squeaks that I can here of yet, wish I could say the same for the Mustang. Camaro seems to be put togeter much better than the Stang. (Also, Trans. does not clunk, unlike the Ford Mustang)

Weaknesses:
Hump on the passenger side floor and the doors are big and heavy, other than that have not found any strong weaknesses. Love the car.

Similar Products Used:
Mustang GT 2002 - sorry I ever owned this car. You want cheap, go for a Stang. You want better Quality stay with Chevy. Simple as that.

Review 4 of 326

Price Paid:  $15581.00 from FX Caprara Clay NY

Summary:
I've had this car since the begining of this summer, and I love it. Turns many heads. With a V6, pushin only 200 HP it isn't the fastest car on the road. But then again while in thetown (city) the cops also turn there their heads, and not the other way. Can't really get "away" with much since it's an attention grabber and also the fact that while the automatic head light detector helps you not forget to turn your lights on at night, it also doesn't allow you ever turn them off. The T-tops are a better option then the convertable, so much easier to take off/on with the set in trunk holders. If you like sun roofs then go with the t tops as well, the tinted t-top window lets the right amount of sun in with out causing blinging glare.

Strengths:
Value. For the money I'd rather have a new camaro then any thing else in it's price range. Take a look at those fully loaded mid sized domestic cars to compare value.

Weaknesses:
Some people say it's bad in the snow, but any one buying a sports car should know better. Mine is in a garage right now comfertably resting, for spring.

Review 5 of 326

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Camero SS

Summary:
Great ride...I cant wait to get off work to get in this car. I had a family car for last ten years but always loved the fast Chevys..(Cameros...Vettes)..and just wanted one more before I was too old to mash the gas. I nearly did not get one since they were nearly all gone(SS'S) but I got lucky. I paid out of the butt but dealer said take it or leave it so I took it and have been 98% satified. I love this car...fast

Strengths:
All engine..great handling...feels good going down the road. Lots of power and love the center mounted exhaust and the entire SS package. Looks are out of this world but cant get too many chicks...too old.

Weaknesses:
I hate this d--- skipshift...what an idiot that thought this up. I believe I have cussed this worse than any woman in my life. Seats are uncomfortable and dont like the "hump". Emailed Chev complainimg about Skipshift and they told me to buy an automatic..That comment unfortunately will keep any Chev product from gracing my driveway in this lifetime.
