Strength:

Easy adjusting, great look.

Weakness:

Very bouncy, sinks a lot in a very short period of time.

Hi had these springs on my integra for about a year and they just kept getting worst. These are probably the most harsh adjustable springs I'd ever used. The ride is very unsteady and bouncy. I used them with 5 way adjutable tokico shocks and it didn't seem to help any. Installation and adjusting is very easy but the ride is so harsh that it'll drive you crazy. I wouldn't recommend the weapon-r to anyone, unless you are strictly using them for the tracks. I'm thinking about going with regular springs; the H&R Sport to be exact.

Strength:

Height ajustability is fast and easy.

Weakness:

Too bouncy for now. Weapon R needs to redesign these coilovers NOW!

I installed this on my Accord along with KYB AGX ajustable gas shocks thinking that these aftermarket shocks would reduce the bounciness that are commonly associated with ajustable coilover springs. I was very very wrong. These Weapon R coilover springs are plain horrible. If you want a really bouncy ride, these will sure give you just that. Don't waste your money on these, just go with springs. I'm investing in some Tein S Tech lowering springs.

Strength:

Looks like a well made product. Sharp looking. Supposedly designed for smooth ride as well as agressive. Thats why it is tight coiled at one point and spread at another...so I've been told.

Weakness:

Too bouncy for now. i thought coilovers were to help keep the car to the ground. Dont try to slam on the brakes while going down a smooth(not bumpy) but wavy road. I almost slammed into a wall because the car would bounce up and I would lose traction and would come down and the tires would screech then up, lose traction and down and screech and so on and so on. By the time I came to the wall I had emptied my pants.

Well I havent had the chance to really test them out yet because after I had them put on, I had went to the drag strip, made a couple passes and the next thing you know I was boucing off the line to the point that my transmission blew apart. It is true. I have mine paired with the KYB's and I feel like I am in a sling shot. If I dont wear my seat belt, my head is going through the roof. I would hate to see how it rides without the adj shocks. I will end up playing with the shocks to see if I can soften the ride. I even went down to Miami to have some work done and they said it drove like a truck. I havent had them squeak yet so I am not sure what people are saying about that...yet.

Strength:

smooth ride and little bounce.

Weakness:

Makes noise because sleeves become loose.

I like these coilovers because the spring are extremely soft and absorb all the bounce. Although my shocks are blown the ride is smooth and only bounces when I hit a big bump in the road.

Strength:

Uhh... I can't think of any.

Weakness:

Extremely bouncy, always bottoms out, constant clanking, poorly made.

I have the "new and improved" Circuit Pro coilovers. Of those two claims, only the "new" part seems to be true. Nothing has changed from original Super Tuner. It rides like total crap. The car bounces up and down extremely violently, and on some occasion, I have actually hit my head on the ceiling when hitting not so big bumps on the freeway, and I am not even that tall of a guy. It always bottoms out, and there is this annoying clanking sound in the back because the collars are not fit right. I changed to Tokico shocks, but it still feels like I am stuck in the "Perfect Storm" each time to take the car out for a spin. I feel so unsafe in this car now. I just don't understand how a company like Weapon *R can stay in business while continaully manufacturing garbage like this.

I already ordered some other springs, and I plan to swap these Weapon *R's out as soon as possible. That is... after a visit to the dentist to get my fillings put back in.

If you want to know what it feels like to ride with Weapon *R coilovers in your car, just cut about half the coils off on the stock springs, and there you have it.

Looks good when car is sitting still...

Weakness:

Everything sucks! The ride, the noise, adjusting them....

I got these coilovers as soon as they came out, thinking weapon R should put out a good coilover. I was completely wrong. First of all, it didnt even sit right on my shock... after hasseling with install, the car looked good when it was all lowered, but as soon as i started driving my car, it was all down hill from there. The ride bounced and was stiff even with my tokico 5 way adjustables, there was a lot of squeeking whenever i went over a bump, it screwed up my tires and I had to re-align my car a couple times, and when i tried to adjust the car up, there werent enough holes to get the key around. Instead of taking an average of 15 minutes to adjust the ride height of the car, it took me about 45 minutes to an hour and half. I was truly dissappointed in these coilovers, not worth the money, time, and the abuse of the car. I highly recommend going with the ground control coilovers, V-SPEC, or skunk 2's. If you dont have enough money, and still want to get adjustable ride height, buy the obx coilovers, its almost the same as skunk 2's, and almost half the price!

Strength:

Installation is very simple and so is the adjustability

Weakness:

When the car is lowered to the lowest point you'll need to drive with a neck brace and a helmet because it feels like the spring is literaly moving up and down (uncompressed) on the shocks.

I had them installed at a local auto shop (Eastside muffler). They did it pretty fast and when i got home I called and told them that it was a horrible ride and it made sounds. They told me I just had to break them in. So I tolerated the pain for 2 weeks then looked into the problem myself. I found out that if you don't drop the car so low that the ride gets smoother and A LOT quieter.

Strength:

Drop was just right

Weakness:

I had the Pro kits on my car for 3 months. during those three months I experienced bad spring hop, horrible noises coming from the front struts, tires wore uneven, even after I got the car aligned. After taking the coil-overs off, I realized that they shredded my strut mounts.

I've talked with other cavalier owners with the same kits installed. they are getting the same problems that I was getting. I called Weapon-R personally and they were not supportive at all. They told me that I installed them wrong, that there was nothing they could do, and that because they had been installed on the car that they couldn't refund my money. So in short....STAY AWAY FROM WEAPON-R!
