Strength:

Not too low and still handles great, race springs were considered but not wise for city driving.

Weakness:

On highway a little bouncy.

Would recommend because they are inexpensive and they still produce a quality ride.

Strength:

Nice drop, not too low cuz i live in michigan, just enough to make the ride look nice, decent ride, definitely need performance shocks though

Weakness:

takes away at the overall ride experience but performance shocks should ease that problem

Recommended for people who want a reliable brand in springs without going too low, other than that, fine product

Strength:

nice lowered look and the extra stiffness assists with the load of passengers in rear. My girl weighs around 215 and my friends goes about 245 so before the car would constanty sag and bottom with the girls in the back for a double date. Now, the car still squats a bit with them in back but the bottomin out is atleast 40% less. Of course, my girls sister went out with us once and rode in back with the other 2 and the suspension not only sagged, but actually settled on the bump stops - fully compressed. Maybe due to her 277lbs??

Weakness:

still bottoms on mid to hard dips in road with passengers (ok big passengers) in back

Good for just about anybody but me. ...unless you like your girls big and big

Similar Products Used:

air shocks. Didn't help as they must be really stiff to support the girls load so the ride suffers.

Strength:

I have a 2000 VW Jetta VR6, GLX. I assumed this meant it had top of the line everything, in addition to 17" VW rims and tires. I was wrong when it came to suspension... It sucked. It would roll badly around corners and in sharp freeway maneuvers, tip upward badly on acceleration, and downward badly on braking. I could see the light from my headlights moving on the cars in front of me. I got the Neuspeed Sport springs installed, with my stock (new) shocks.

RESULTS:
The car is about 1.5-2" lower, looks really cool. Corners exactly how I would have wanted (GREAT), still takes the bumps well with a certain softness, and no more upward/downward tipping!! I was unsatisfied the the car until now. I also added later (because I bought them all together) the Neuspeed front and back swaybars, which improved over the springs only minimally. DEFINITELY go with the springs if you want improvement.

Weakness:

Bouncy ride when there are swoops and drops as opposed to road bumps. Obviosly this is because the springs are more compressed now, and have less travel to them. Not the fault of the springs in my case. Tolerable.

I paid a little over $500 to get this done, including a 4-wheel alignment. I have seen it cheaper elsewhere online, but this place was nearest to me and had a good reputation. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the results and would recommend this change to anyone with similar complaints, who is really looking for a sportscar ride.

Strength:

Good agressive look.
No noise from the spring.
Cheap.

Weakness:

Ride is a little too bouncy.
It sags over time.

Neuspeed is known for making good quality springs with affordable prices. Non Race models (Sport, OE Sport) ride very smooth over bumps. But the springs will sag after a while. Some riders claim to have noise from the springs, too.
If you want to autocross, probably the spring rate is not high enough for it. Get H&R.
If you drive your car daily and won't race it, it's a pretty good choice.

Similar Products Used:

H&R race, slightly a better quality springs. Won't sag once it settles.
Eibach Sportline. Rides a little harsher. But it won't sag either.

The feel of the ride.

Weakness:

sometimes too bouncy

I think these springs are very good and are just as good as the other springs like eibach. They ride was nice and not too bumpy and thier sportline series gave me just the right height for my integra.

Just as good as others.

Strength:

They are a trusted name for German cars and they had a great warranty and it helped the looks of the car.

Weakness:

Ride feell was kinda of shot after I put on the springs. My alignment had to be checked several timesa as well. That might have been human error but I've done it before with no problem.

Were pricy but I wanted the Neuspeed name. Was disappointed. Go with Eibachs if you wnat looks and a great ride. I think the Neuspeed's are just more race ready and that expplains the bad ride.

Eibach Pro Kits- better ride better reliability.

Strength:

The Neuspeed Race springs are top quality springs for a great price. Handling improved tenfold over the stock springs, even on the stock shocks (which were replaced later). Installation should be left to a professional unless you know what you're doing (I did mine myself). Neuspeed claims a 2 1/4 inch drop, and mine lowered the car aproximately 2 inches. Excellent quality, an equivilent to Eibach.

Weakness:

Nothing. Dont plan on running the stock shocks long with these springs, especially if your shocks are already worn out. Get some nice KYB AGX or Koni 5-ways and you'll be thrilled.

I got my springs brand new for 70 bucks. Incredible deal. I love them, and wouldn't trade for any other suspension setup in the world. If anyone has a complaint about these springs, then they either:
1. Know nothing about cars and installed them improperly
2. Are using worn out shocks
3. Cut the springs like a riceboy
4. Can't drive

Similar Products Used:

I've ridden in almost every kind of car with every suspension setup imaginable, and a set of good shocks with these springs will rival any of those setups, often at less than 1/4 the price. Dont waste your money on a tein or other system unless you do some SERIOUS roadracing or rally.

Strength:

The springs helped my car handle better. The springs look cool (yellow Race model) and are made to last.

Weakness:

My car didn't drop too much even though these were Race springs but I think my shocks were the reason for this. I think the KYB AGX shocks I had were making the car ride higher. The springs were clattering intially buy the noise stopped after a few days.

I would recommend these springs because, hey, they're Neuspeed's, a very respected suspension parts maker. I bought the springs for $150 (before tax and shipping) from Gravity Motorsports. I do not recommend anyone to buy their parts from Gravity Motorsports, however, because they will give you a headache, guaranteed!!!

Only had stock before I got the Neuspeed's. Stock sucks.
