Strength:

Though the springs are too low for daily driving they have a really stiff spring rate which never allows your tire to scrape the wheel well. They give the car an awesome look because the front is dropped 1/4 inch lower than the back.

Weakness:

They are too way too low for driving on the street. They actually have make the car corner bad. They are soo low and stiff that any bump will throw the steering wheel off. I nearly knocked my exhaust off creeping over speed bumps on these springs.

I would not recommend these springs for anyone who drives on the street. These would be a good autocross spring when matched with a set of high quality adjustable shocks. I used them with KYB AGX shocks and the ride was harsh so if you are daring enough to try these springs you'd better have some good shocks.

I've used Ground Control Coilovers and I'd say the H&R are better performing springs for actual racing but Ground Control has a much better ride on the street.

Strength:

Lowers the car just right. Much lower, I think I would rub the wheels. They corner well and definately hold the car down on braking and accelerating. Also handles very nicely, adds a bit of responsiveness to the car.

Weakness:

BUMPY AS HELL RIDE. Every medium sized bump tends to make you feel like the front of your car is coming off the ground. Camber is a little off, I suggest a camber kit.

Overall, I would have to say that I am pretty satisfied with the product. A friend of mine, however, has EIBACH springs and needed no camber adjustment. I would recommend these springs so long as you don't mind sacrificing a little smoother ride for much better performance.

Just the stock ones. It's very nice compared to riding high on the street.

Strength:

Great ride, feels a little better than the H&R sport spring, I don't know how they did it. Cornering and straightline stability and combined ride thats better than all other springs/CO's I have tried, about 5 other brands

Weakness:

NONE that will bother you except the camber issue and you are too cheap to buy tires or a camber kit, Its the perfect perfomance spring for street.

Great ride, corner way better than sport springs. Ride is just as good as sport but just a little more negative camber. I slapped on my KYB AGXs' and set them at 4 and the ride is unmatchable by most, even those so called Tanabe sustec pro which feel as if riding on a stiff wave. Dont spend on real expensive suspension when you can have a 5 star ride for about $500.00
I ride on 16/45/205 tires. Experience talking!

Strength:

Added great support for tight cornering and racing on the inside of the track.

Weakness:

None

I put these springs on my 89 Iroc-Z mainly to help to cornering. They also added a really nice look since my car was red. After the springs were installed, I was amazed with the results. I could cruise around corners in 5th gear! Awesome!

Similar Products Used:

Basically compared to the stock springs on the 89 Iroc, The H&R's were a 100% difference!

Strength:

Lowers car w/ very minimal negetive camber increasment.
Very good ride even at high speeds. (excess of 85 and over)
Very EVEN drop. Not un-even like Eibach.

Weakness:

There was a 1.2 negetive camber increasment from stock in the front and 1.0 neg. camber increasment in the rear. Aligntment took care of that. I put on some camber kits to and KICKS @SS

This is a very good quality spring that does not "sag" overtime and offers nothing but improved performance. The spring rate is excellent and w/ Koni yellows its ready for autocross. Even w/ stock shocks ride was good, w/ after market shocks, its heaven.

Strength:

Awesome handling
Perfect looks

Weakness:

None, just don't be stupid and put these springs on stock shocks. I'd say go for Koni's. A great combination!

These springs were AWESOME!! Anyone who wants to get these springs for their 3rd generation teg should defintley get them. They lower the car perfectly, and the handling is just wicked. The car feels much more stable, especially at high speeds, and corners better. These are obvious statement when going to after market springs, but hey these springs are great. For a race spring there not too stiff at all, I'd say perfest for the more aggressive street driver, and they handle the bumps VERY well because of the progressive spring rate. I don't know how these springs are on other cars, but for tegs they ROCK!

Similar Products Used:

Stock - Uhmm, why even bother?
Eibach - A little stiff, and lowers a little un-evenly.
Progress - Way too stiff.
