Strength:

If you want a slammed look, these will do the job even more that specified. Good for track use as they remove all of your suspension travel.

Weakness:

Harsh ride quality for daily driving. I think i may have brain dammage after hitting potholes. They are not bad units but for street use go with their prokit setup, you will be glad you did!

For running on flat ground they are cool, Solo and parking lot warfare. But throw a few rips in the pavement and you'll wish you spent your cash on their prokit springs. If you dig the slammed look as it does not take a lot to put A2 chassis on the ground, then these are for you. Lowered the car about 2.10 front and rear. With adjustable shocks they are good for track use, but for street be prepared for backjarring pain and expensive dental work bills as all of your fillings will need replacing.

Strength:

Good name; Eibach.

Weakness:

Will lower car more than specs suggest.

I purchased these springs along with Tokico shocks and struts. I did the install myself. At first I was worried about the look becaus it was REALLY low. I have 18 inch rims and I was worried if they would scrub. I finished the install at night and drove around the block. The drive was bumpy but that's what I expeceted. I also knew I would need an alignment. The next day I went to get an alingment and noticed some shreds of rubber coming off of my rear tires. Went to 4 alingment shops and nobody could align my car because it was so low. One guy at one of the shops told me that my wheel wall was rubbing against my tire causing the shredding. That was obvious because my car was practically sitting on the tire. I would not recommend this spring for anyone how has larger rims. I also would not recommend this spring for anyone who dosen't want their car dropped lower than 2 inches. If you have smaller rims and are looking for a drop of more than 2 inches this spring is just for you. Right now I have them for sale; get at me if you're interested.

Strength:

Ride feels better; perfect height, better steering

Weakness:

Front appears higher than back

At first, it was all four wheels were uneven, now they are the same after 1 month use. Looks like a 3 in drop, but probably just 2.5 in. Front looks higher than back only because of fender gap illusion. Suspension and handling dramatically better.

not much

Weakness:

$20 more then H&R, uneven drop.

these springs are installed w/ koni adj. noticible improvement on handling, and uneven lowered. not too stiff, good for street use. but on the track the car tilt all the way to 1 side during cornering, handling is not good enough for track use.

Strength:

Eibach has a long standing reputation for quality and the springs live up to the talk. Provides a much needed visual upgrade by lowering the S13's approximately 2". Along with the lowered stance comes a much greater than stock progressive rate for the spring and conering control that helps you realise what the car is capable of.

Weakness:

You may want to invest in coil spring covers like those available at www.pdm-racing.com because the metal surface may squeek on the struts up front during hard movements. The ride will also become more jarring but not beyond acceptible levels.

I would highly recommend the springs but caution the use with stock dampers. It is a good idea to replace old struts and shocks at the same time as a spring upgrade. Overall, an inexpensive, visually appealing, performance enhancing product. A shadetree mechanic like myself performed the swap in 4 hours but more experienced people can do it in less.

Strength:

Definitely helps the appearance of the car since the Accord comes really high off the ground. Sacrifices a negligible amount of handling, personally I can turn corners a lot better at higher speeds!!

Weakness:

None

Makes the Accord look better, handle better and is an inexpensive mod to your car.

Eibach hands down has built a solid reputation in the industry.
Great handling!
Eibach has a million dollar machine that the springs are made to exact specs' for each car..only two others have a machine like it.

Weakness:

sportline sacrifices some handling for looks.

I got these springs for 50 bucks, i was going to get the prokit but i figured what the hell. The sportline does provide a nice drop. Yet it handles great. I see a lot of people complain about harshness with performance modifications to cars. When you use racing parts you car will sound and feel like a race car NOT a luxary car.

Strength:

- Correct drop for this particular vehicle (about 1 1/2 - 2 inches)
- Clean racy look, aggresive stance.
- Not too low, speed bumps and parking lot driveways not a big problem.
- Improved handling, firm ride but not harsh at all on decent quality roads.

Weakness:

- Not as smooth as stock spring set when driving on poor quality roads.

Good for a sportscar that's driven mainly on good quality roads. Bad for almost any other application.

Strength:

I liked that it lowered my car to the perfect ride height, not too low, not too high and it lowered it evenly. None of that back is higher than the front. Also the ride quality is very good while keeping a very performance oriented aspect. It does not make your car "bounce" down the road like you're on a rollercoaster. I can't stress enough how good the ride quality is and how well it takes corners and bumps, and with stock shocks even. I have seen many cars with other springs with spring rates that are very high, too high for stock shocks and those are the ones that look like they are bouncing down the road.

Weakness:

Occasionally you do run into that bad road full of little holes and bumps and rocks, and the suspension does pick that up and you can feel it, although it maybe a little bumpy it still takes it better than other springs.

I paid $175 roughly a year ago. I would definetly recommend them to anybody that wants to stick with their stock shocks for a while and still keep a good ride quality without any bouncing and good performance and an awesome ride height.
