Wet Traction
General Stability

After using these tires for almost 2 weeks now, I think I've done enough testing to give my opinion on these tires. I have these on my Civic hatch, size 195/50/15. I have a modified suspension with camber kit and everything, just to give you an idea of what kind of driving I'm likely to have done. So far I have to say, compared to the Toyo Proxes 4 I had before, the treadwear is probably the only thing the Ecsta has better than the Proxes 4. The dry handling, while it is excellent for the price, is not as impressive as the Toyos. The general stability of the car has decreased, it feels more wavy and less stable with the Ecstas. The wet traction is far inferior to the Toyos, with even the slightest provocation the tires begin to give and slide slightly which was never the case with the Toyos, even when they were finished. All in all, although I'm not completely unsatisfied with this tire, it is definitely no high peformance tire.
