Strength:
Good tread, smooth ride
Weakness:
They are VERY loud I bought these tires for the reasonable price and knowing that they were made by Michelin thought they would be fine. They are so loud and only get louder the faster you go, i can barely here the radio over the loudness. It sounds like im on an airport run way, or a race car. I was hoping after i drove for a while it would get better, 3 mo ths later, still as loud if not louder. I do not recommend these tires unless you use ear muffs while driving! |

looks i guess
Weakness:
everything about there performance I would rather have my stock 15's then my 215/40R16 euro t/a's. Definatly not a performance tire. Horrible on wet surfaces. Whenever I hit bumbs my car goes everywhere. Grip is horrible. Tread pattern horrible. Way to stiff. Similar Products Used: Toyo proxes T1-S are the best tires i've ever used. Euro T/A don't stand a chance against these tires |

Strength:
They are cheap!
Weakness:
Deadly tread separation from side walls, cheap construction techniques, low quality rubber (craks and separates at sidewalls from heat) produced for market consumption with little testing and research! Don't buy these tires! These are going to be the next fiasco in tire troubles, the only way BF Goodrich gets away with such a piece of $#!+ tire is that they are built for low center of gravtiy vehicles! Mine blew out going 75 mph and I almost rolled my VR6- almost complete tread separation (both sidewalls) from the sidewalls with only 15k on them! Similar Products Used: Goodyear |

Strength:
Myriad of sizes. Look nice.
Weakness:
Compound way too hard, tread pattern is terrible. Little feedback and no warning when it breaks away near the limit. Limit is not nearly as far as higher priced tires Honestly, I don''t know how people can rate this product so high as a PERFORMANCE tire. I am guessing it is because there is no real basis for comparison. Your money is definitely better spent elsewhere if you want decent handling/grip. They do come in virtually every size, as someone already said. Similar Products Used: Nitto NT450 - Slightly better Dunlop SP8000 - leaps and bounds above |

Strength:
Affordable, looks good, good dry weather traction, reinforced sidewall, long tread-life
Weakness:
Noisy, roughride, hydroplanes slightly when road is wet I love these tires. Great tire for anyone who loves mixing performance and everyday driving. The reinforced sidewall is a plus. One day I ran over a nail which caused my my front left tire to go flat. All I felt was a little shift to one side while driving. I had the nail removed and the tire still function as good as new- now as a rear tire. Great tire for anyone on a budget who wants a 215/40-16 tire, but at the same time wants a little tread life for the dollar. Similar Products Used: 195/50-15 goodyear |

Strength:
Come in any size imaginable; great for low-riders and those seeking a low profile look. Affordable. Pretty stiff sidewalls.
Weakness:
Handling, compared to comparably priced performance tires does not stack up. Wet traction is pretty poor, and dry traction was pretty average. The ride is relatively rough. Oh, and don't drive through big puddles... i pulled big-time through puddles with width of 245. Not a big fan, as a performance tire. Great for a sleek, low profile look Similar Products Used: Yok AVS Int - doesn't last as long, but better grip in dry and wet |

Upgraded from stock 185/65 14's to 195/50 15's Very dramatic change in turn in. Looks great on wheel compared to factory do-nuts. Cheap price for the size. Have about 20,000 miles on them of highway driving and hard street driving. Definitly an inprovement over stock treds. Handle ok in the weather - Good through big puddles.
Weakness:
Ride suffered. I feel alot more bumps on the road with the new tires compared to the 65 series factory. You can probally get a nicer riding pair but you would have to pay more. I will probally get these tires again. These tires set me back 75$ a pop at costco mounteted to 00 civic SI wheels.Nice tire with a very stiff sidewall. I like the way they handle compared to stock but a it does make the ride alot stiffer - The wheel well gap on the unlowered car looks Whorable ;) I need springs!!! A freind has a lowered and tweeked del sol and he did not notice a change in ride when he got his 205/45/16 Euro T/A's. Similar Products Used: FActory michelins on civic- Too much side wall. |

Look sweet when dressed up, a very plain but stealth looking rubber. Had 185/60/14 michelin touring, now bfg euro 205/40/16, made my car handle in the city and on the freeway 10 times as well.
Weakness:
none yet, knock on wood. I would recommend them to people with european cars, like vw, bmw, audi etc.... Similar Products Used: It kicks ass on the toyo in same series which had premature cracks on the side walls. |
