Strength:
It is incredibly easy to set up. My wife who is petite has a very easy time hooking it up. Bikes are easy to load. Load is stable Price is great. Outstanding rack
Weakness:
If you have a suv with a tailgate (i.e. pre 96 4 runner) that swing down. you have to be careful in order not to dent or scratch it. Price was great ($140) and I would highly recommend it. Similar Products Used: None |

Strength:
It is easy to use and it protects the bikes well.
Weakness:
While driving, the bikes are not as stable as I would like. The ROC 2 does a fantastic job of protecting bikes, I got rear-ended while I was stopped in construction on the Seward Highway. Some retarded tour bus driver rear ended me. The tour bus bent the rack and did about $700 in damage to my Jeep, but the only damage to the bikes I was hauling was a bent brake handle. The cradles also did a nice job of protecting the paint, this is especially impressive considering I had driven over 4,000 miles with my bikes on the rack. The only problem I had with the rack design was that the bikes swayed a little bit, I solved that problem, however, by bungee cording the bottom of my cranks to the receiver hitch.
