Insurance carrier was there when we needed them and treated us very fairly. I hear and see all the hype for other carriers and how much you can save, but others have told me horror stories about how they were treated when they had a claim and usually it wasn't pretty. Just remember 'You get what You pay for!'

Review questions are extremely confusing. They appear to be asking questions about the vehicle, but in reality are asking about the insurance and my satisfaction about how my claim was handled. I have Travelers Insurance and my 12 year old car was totaled in a one car incident. Travelers was extremely quick to have the estimate done and I received an extremely fair payment for my loss in a very quick time. I could not have been more pleased with them. We also have homeowners as well and have had a couple of claims over the years due to hurricane damage and received equally as good service then. Cannot say enough for the professional way that they have treated us when we needed them.
