I had it installed @ R & D Dyno in about 5 hours. It has worked great ever since. The jets are easily replaceable. It's a fool proof system. My car was origionally dyno'd @ 168 horses and 193 lb/ft at the rear wheels. With the 50 HP jets I saw a gain of 43 horses and 79 lb/ft of torque in 4th gear. With 75 HP jets, I saw a gain of 57 HP and 102 lb/ft of torque at the rear wheels in 4th gear. I currently run with 100hp jets.

It's hard to get the right pressure in the tank, but that's only because I don't have a bottle warmer. The day it was dyno'd, the tank pressure was a bit low, resulting in the reading of a 57 HP increase w/ the 75 HP jets. They also only dyno'd it in 4th gear.

I don't use the bottle very often, and I suggest you go easy on it too. Unless you have the funds to cover any necessary repairs from wear and tear. At stoplight encounters, it's amazing. I've surprised a couple guys in 99+ GT's with my sleeper 99V6 and I love it.

This is my first nitrous kit and probably my last. I bought it from CDS Racing (www.cdsracing.com) and I origionally was going to get a NOS EFI system but they steered me in the right direction with the NX kit.

Can't beat the bang for the buck. Easy install. Easy to tune/adjust power output.

Harder to hook up tires now. lol.

Hard to beat. basic kit was $470.00 + gen X kit (bottle heater & pressure control, blowdown tube, bottle pressure gauge & fitting, nitrous filter, fuel pressure safety switch) $260.00 + shipping $20.00. Basic kit had 10lbs. bottle, braded nitrous hose, big Iceman nitrous solenoid, fuel solenoid, fuel & nitrous hoses to nozzle, Shark "fogger" nozzle, jets for 50, 75, 100, 150 horespower, wiring supplies & switches.

NX kits rated at rear wheel horsepower. Most other brands rated at crankshaft power. Better power + components than other brands "rated" at same power. Control for NX bottle heater works off of bottle pressure, not just bottle temperature. Consistant bottle pressure is the ultimate goal, not consistant temperature.

What I loved about this product was its easily installation on efi vehicles,run some wires, mount a toggle, purge, and FTSS (full throttle safety switch), then mount some solenoids, tap the fuel rail, drill a hole for the shark fogger nozzle, fill the bottle and ENJOY!

The only problem that I have ever come accross with this product was on this kit. The line for the fuel rail to fuel soleniod needed to be about 8" longer for a clean install on the fuel soleniod. Ihave many friends running NX kits this is the only complaint we have.

I love the spray. You pull up to a mustang, camaro, bird, trans-am, and quite a few vettes and pull away real quick in a truck they always wanna look under the hood and when theyre finished they all say "NICE TRUCK". Thank you Nitrous Express for making my truck one of the fastest R/T's around.
