I purchased this from an individual off EBay online auctions, I had to get a set of instructions from APEXi for the unit, they are not available in english. I installed the unit in less than an hour, which included setting 6 dipswitches for the car type. This is a no frills type electronic boost controller. It does not come with a boost pressure sensor, and Definately requires the addition of an aftermarket gauge for your system. The three boost area settings are nice and allow any boost you want set at 3000,5000, and 7000 RPM. Also has a feature which will limit the amount of boost to the speed you are traveling, for a launch when you don't want to break traction in first gear this really helps when high boost is set. The unit comes with the control box, wiring harness, boost relief solenoid, and about 2 feet of vaccum line w/clamps.

There is also a scramble boost function that requires the addition of a small push button switch, basically allows you to set a second "oh damn I am losing" spike boost for a small period of time. The unit is half din in size and lights up with a soft green glow, until the knobs are being used, for instance if the car is @ 3000 rpm the 3000 RPM knob glows red, and as it goes from 3000 to 5000 one fades and the other gets brighter.
