DESCRIPTION

AIRMASS Pro Racing Headers represent an important performance improvement for four cylinder Honda and Acura applications. AIRMASS Headers feature a bifurcated design that allow the tube to flow together as one without added restriction or back pressure. This allows the exhaust velocity to remain uninterrupted throughout the RPM range for maximum flow. Made of 100% heli-arc welded 16-gauge tubing, the mandrel-bent AIRMASS Headers are finished with premium JET-HOT exterior coating PLUS an internal FloCote ceramic finish that increases flow. Special pulse-welding and thick CNC billet o-ringed A to B flanges provide a perfect seal without warping.

Strength:

Good fit and finish, included everything but the O ring gasket, which they later sent to me.

Weakness:

Questionable design, but better than stock. After only two summers of use and no winters, there still is rust developing on the header. Even though I bought the Jet Hot coating, the finish quickly dulled and corroded.

Depending on my luck with getting the part replaced, the review bay be good or bad. At this particular moment, I would have rather went for the DC unit based on finish.

Similar Products Used:

DC sports, Mugen on past cars and seemed to last a lot longer. I will contact Airmass and see if they are willing to replace the product.
