Strength:
better emissions numbers than the factory and much better flow. passed CA emissions no problem
Weakness:
used a universal 3" in / 3" out so had to weld. this is an outstanding product. i ordered a universal 3" in / 3" out converter so i had to weld it into place. it fit great and runs outstanding. i did the whole exhaust so i cant tell you for sure what the individual gain was but for 80 bucks how can you pass it up. the website i bought it from even put it in the same box as the cat-back to save me some shipping. i have a cousin that is an authorized installer of magnaflow products and the website got it for me with shipping cheaper than he could. the parent company that makes the cats for magnaflow is car sound. this is a fabulous product that i would buy again in a minute. they look great and passing emissions was a plus
Weakness:
The smell! Until you break them in, they will give off a stromg gas smell I purchased magnaflow x-pipe with cats, They had a perfect, no leaks, and the cat''s came with a warrenty. Cat''s also passed emissions with out a problem and I did not need mil''s with them. Similar Products Used: none |
