I got the Super Medalion Racing-Spec, the new, updated version of the old TRM. It's all stainless steel, which is a bonus up here in Canada. As you have probably already read at least a hundred times, this exhaust is DEEP. At first, when I read the reviews about people saying that they set off car alarms left and right, I thought to myself, what an embelishment! But I am now a believer as I set them off 8 times out of 10 in a busy parking lot. Performance wise, the exhaust indeed gives a noticeable difference in the top-end. If your car is turbo, I'd suspect the difference to be even more noticeable than for my NA Vtec Prelude.

This Cat-Back Exhaust is the REAL deal...I could have went with an Apex-i N1 Exhaust but there was something about the Tanabe Super Racing Medalion that pulled me in... 1. Its the best MADE exhaust 2. Very easy install, i did it myself 3. Not a mexican mobile exhaust... this is a real "Speed Vision" quality exuaust 4. People say its a Cop magnet... never pulled over... i guess im not stupid.. i donno!

well let me see. after reading the reviews here. i was amaze, that how good the reviews was, SO. I decided to buy one. I got the Super Racing Medalion one, all staintless steel, and i ended up waiting for like 1 month, when i first had it on. good god. the thing rumbles and i love, the deep tone. its sounds way better then the greddy exhaust. its BEYOND!!!!, I would recommend this to all the preluder out there. looking for a nice a$$ cat back, it was the best thing i did for my cat.

Sound power look is intimidating

make sure the silencer screw is in tight or you will lose it!!!!

Great exhaust i looked at all the other products out there and this one stood out.The sound is great it turns heads.I felt a huge power gains about 4000 rpms it just pulls you.

REALLY loud. you will get annoyed by it unless you're sorta deaf. Sh*t in your car will start to rattle cuz of the tone Acceleration is dead at sub-3k rpm, but no biggie

This sh*t is LOUD. I mean, i was fun for the first couple minutes but when I drove to San francisco I couldn't stand the noise! Ears kept poppin. Maybe it's cuz i also have Cold air intake. But once you get it in, it's all you'll hear. I put in the silencer but it looks sorta dumb. Anywayz, awesome performace gains especially after 3k rpm. When VTEC hits you just launch. Easy installation. Only problem is taking the old one out. My car is prett new and the bolts were on solid. But whenwe finished, my car looked fockin incredible.

Price- $540 is alot of money, but the exhaust is worth it if youre looking for performance, styling, and sound all in one package. Other than that, nothing. (That was like another compliment, kind of)

I am very pleased with this exhaust. It delivers good power gains from 3500 RPMs on. When I first had it installed, I thought it was kind of crappy. I is pretty loud at first, and if felt like my car had lazy acceleration (my transmission is 5 speed manual). However, after I reset my ECU, it made a HUGE difference. The biggest difference is felt in 3rd gear. It pulls almost as hard as second does. The exhaust has quieted down alot too. You only notice it between 3k to 4k RPMs. When vtec kicks in, at idle ,and up to 2k RPMs the exhaust is very quiet. I think the price was a little steep, but the performance is top notch. I would highly recommmend this product

makes my fuel finish faster as i tend to keep revving the engine to hear the sweet exhaust note !

this is the best exhaust in the market today.. if you don't have one you should get one ! the sound it makes is so sweeet .. very bassy unlike other exhaust you hear .. doesn't irritate only stilmulates ... =)
