Magnaflow cat-back #15690 (2001)
Strength:
Good quality, much cheaper than Greddy and other systems, excellent sound, all necessary hardware included.
Weakness:
Tip is too big, fit was tight according to installer. Great product! Quiet at idle (almost too quiet), but it has a nice low growl when you open it up. Tip is a bit bigger than I''d like, but the stainless steel has held up well in the NE winter. People stop me asking what brand it is. |

Strength:
It has a deep tone and is pretty loud at wide open throttle but not annoyingly loud. Noticed an immediate difference in performance on the street and at the strip. Dropped my et. by .18 sec and gained 3 mph. Very intimidating at the red lights when someone wants to race.
Weakness:
The low back pressure of the system caused my ses light to come on but there is no concern. Everyone loves the sound and the appearance of the Magnaflows and I highly recommend them. I have had no problems at all. Most other systems cost more i.e. (Borla, Flowmasters) and don't add the performance. My best friend has a WS-6 Trans-Am with Borla exhaust and he is getting Magnaflows at the end of the month. If you want a quieter exhaust I wouldn't recommend them. Similar Products Used: Had Flowmasters, but prefer the Magnaflows much more. The Flowmasters had a little deeper sound. |

Strength:
Stainless steel, not too loud but makes its presence known, reasonable price and I've even notice an increase of fuel efficency.
Weakness:
None. Purchased the Magna Flow cat back system 3 weeks ago and the performance is noticeable. Great sound when idling, but not too loud. Very subtle until you open it up and it roars smoothly, not that lawnmower sound from other systems or mufflers. I love downshifting with this sound!!! Similar Products Used: Stock exhaust...no comparison unless to want stock performance and a quiet ride with the V6 purring. |

Strength:
Quality stainless components, 3 1/2" tips and smooth deep sound.
Weakness:
slight drone at 2,000 rpm System has a nice deep tone without being too loud. Great looking 3 1/2" Similar Products Used: Like tone over Flowmaster and Dymomax systems I've heard. |
