Sound, performance gains, and overall looks, not to big and over barring.
Weakness:
none All I can say about this exhaust is wow, the sound is real deep at low rpms and has a good race sound at rpm, its not annoying like some hondas, but if you own a honda, get this one.I have a little more low end acceleration, but most of my gains came in mid to high rpms, sounds real mean in vtec to. Good power gains. Great look. Love the angled can. LOUD AS F#@$ when combined with other aftermarket exhaust products.
Weakness:
May cause neighbors or old people heart failure if you get on it while driving past them. Hangs a little low. All I can say about this exhaust is damn. When I first got it it wasn't too loud, but still had a nice tone and offered decent power gains over stock. I loved the looks of the 4.5 inch tip, but ground clearance is a factor because how low it hangs. I eventually got a DC header and hollowed my cat out too and it is SO loud. Inside the car you would never know it, but if you stand outside the car and someone else is driving it or you have someone rev it, oh my god, this thing will make your ears bleed. It's VERY loud, but not ricey, it just screams. Small children and pets will run and hide after hearing it. So to sum things up, if you want a loud badass exhaust that offers good performance for the dollar, definitely get this thing. If your car is slammed to the ground though, you probably should look elsewhere. I personally love this thing! Similar Products Used: stock exhaust(doesn't even come close) |

lots of power gains on the lowend of things, but still hits in the highs. GREAT sound!!!!. a good choice for the money.. the installation is a breeeze!
Weakness:
overall good products except some of the bolts dont connect right at eachother exactly like it should.. it comes with some descent instructions for the install.. just get some WD40 and your ViceGrips ready!! :) This Exhaust is one of the best ones money can buy.. trust me. It has a medium loudness, but doesnt bother you much. the silencer is recomended taking out.. but it is still recomended to buy it also, so you can put it in for a little change sometimes b/c that same noise will get old. The power from it is noticable from the stock exhaust. I can feel the power when daily driving around town in the lower rpm's.. but the interstate just makes the car overall faster.. i think it added about 8-9hp to my car.. its a little bang for the bucks.. good overall choice Similar Products Used: stock = (taking away good sound and power) |

The sound is very nice, not ricey or raspy sounding at all, but strong and clean, very clean sounding! It is also not too loud and comes with a silencer tip to tone it down even more.
Weakness:
For some reason the piping vibrates against my rear lower control arm when i have people in the back seat or if i hit a big bump, can get somewhat annoying and i fear that i might cause a hole in the piping somewher down the road! I've had this exhaust on my car for quite some time now and the more i drive, the more i love it! when i first saw it i thought the tip was way to huge (4.5 inches!), but i soon grew accustomed to it. The more i hear other brand name exhausts, the happier i am with mine. It sounds nice and deep at low rpms and gets very racy sounding at high rpms, but it is overall not too loud. It is a great overall exhaust for people who don't want something extremely loud, but still want an aggressive sound. Similar Products Used: Stock = sucked |

The Beautiful Sound of APEX'i Running through my Ears, the Agressive Angle mount, it's power gains and it's BIG ASS TIP!! >_< You can really feel the Difference in every gear at the 2500 and up RPM.Best of all scares guys like Phil, Kd, June,Marlon, RoCk, and J. Rice

AND MINES DOESNT HANG LOW!!!!!! What can i say??? Apex'i... IT NEVER COULD BE ANY BETTER!!!! Man it's great! I love the sound, look, and power gains!! From the moment i start it up to the whole RPM band it sounds great, specially at 3k RPM. Im glad i bought it and for all you Integ Owners, MARLON, GET This Exhaust!!!! It provides better airflow and you will be able to top out alot quicker than before. The lust of the exhaust looks sweet and kicked to the left like GT Japanese race cars.
Weakness:
In my opinion there is no weaknesses. However, though I notice that alot of people were saying that it scrubs if the car is low. But mine is dropped 4 inches and maybe scrub it once, but all U.S. street are not the same. So I understand others who may live in area full of pot holes. This exhaust is amazing and its performs better on the top compare to my old AROSPEED Exhaust. Its real loud and it turns heads and scare old people!!!!!!! I revved somebody up the other day and a old man dropped his cane and was like what the f@@@ was that. I got it from the manager of a stereo shop and thought that was an opportunity for my car lifetime and my budget. I must say that I was lucky Similar Products Used: AROSPEED Bomb muffler, it was pretty good at the time, but the Apex is light years beyond AROSPEED. RIP |

hangs a little low this is the best exhaust that i could find for my car at the price i wanted to pay. i shopped around for a while and also tried out friends cars with their different systems and i found out that the N1 was the type of exhaust i was looking for.
