Strength:

It cleans the car. I never seem to have problem with spotting after it dries (I let it air dry, I care enough to clean (and wax) the car, but I don't care enough to hand dry it each time I wash it).

Weakness:

none

This stuff does a good job cleaning cars. Of course, it's a car wash, that's what it's supposed to do. I would actually recommend this car wash over another, though, based on it's price (a 2 quart bottle (64 ounces, just less than a two liter bottle of soda (for size comparison)) of this stuff is less than $4, you use one or two tablespoons per pail, a bottle will last you a long time). Also, be sure to check out different sizes when you go to the store. It's like a 64 ounce bottle will cost $4, but a gallon will be $1 more. Of course, two quarts is plenty, remember you use only two tablespoons per pail. The Nu-Finish Car Wash was good too, incidentally.

Strength:

Seems to get car nice and clean, slightly protects paint.

Weakness:

Fogs windshield, doesn't make water bead up as well as rainx and wax

Well, it's good to have everything in one bottle, but I like individual products better.

Strength:

The product causes rain to bead up on the windshield---goodbye Rain-X!

Weakness:

It seams to require a lot of rinsing, leaving a rainbow-like sheet if not rinsed enough. (Maybe from my drying cloth.)

I would recommend this product, if only for the beading properties on glass. You're going to wash your car....it doesn't seem to strip wax, and it cleans it! Why not get that extra something??? I don't really have any reason to think that this product is harsh in any way. But my gut perception is that it might not be as "gentle" as others might be. Why you need to be so gentle on removing dirt, I don't know, but if you're looking for gentle, try the Meguiar's "Soft Wash" Gel, or something comparable.

Meguiar's Car Wash Gel. Having moved to all meguiars products for car care, I switched car washes as well, but missed that nice beading up with the zip wax, so...every once in a while, I pull out the zipwax to keep that water beading on the windshield.

Strength:

Good quality wash with a good shine, in rain the windshield will bead away water. Water also beads away very well off of entire body. Product lasts a long time as not much is needed per wash.

Weakness:

I have not found any weaknesses as of yet, considering it's a car washing soap/wax.

Price paid unknown (can't remember), would thoroughly reccomend it for a good shine

Similar Products Used:

I regularly use Simoniz Car Wash Gel, and find that this is a superior product, but when it comes down to it- they all get the car clean
