Sony XS L1055G ES Subwoofers

DESCRIPTION

- 4-layer Voice Coil - 4 layers of wire in the voice coil, increasing magnetic gauss for faster and more accurate response, and increasing power handling capability.
- Aluminum Cone - Combines high stiffness with light weight, producing a cone that improves transient response while lowering distortion.

Strength:

Hard to over heat. Hit pretty hard. clean hits. good SQ

Weakness:

Not so far

I bought two of these things about a year ago. I paid only $80. I hooked up a sony 800W amp to them both which only gives out about 380W RMS total. They hit pretty damn clean and hard for only 190W going to each. I had a guy come up to me and say that my two 10''s had better SQ and hit cleaner and hard as three JL 12"WO. I''m going to buy a RF 800.2 and get 400W RMS to these baby''s and see what they do. Pretty good product for price.
