Cheap, Power, sound, they go low.

box takes up lots of space.

These hit very good, but sound excellent if you put 2 in box degsined to specs. They go as loud as I can stand and shake the hell out of my car.I bought them online for 100 a piece. I have them in a ported box now but for a couple months I had a sealed box, the box wasn''t built right but the woffers still hit well.

i love these subs have very high spl,i want to put 6 of these subs in my truck but not sure if you used these subs and used solo-barics or jl w6s tell me if the pioneers hit as hard as them,and witch sub would hit harder,
kicker solos,jl w6s,or pioneer.

I have two of these in a 5cu-ft (2.5 per sub) ported box in my Bronco running off a Pioneer 50x4 amp bridged to mono (rated 120w per sub), and it sounds very good, and hits very hard. At a recent DB drag, in the 2-sub class, I hit 142db with this setup. The only guys that beat my (by 1-2db) were running over 3x more power than I do. I highly recommend them for anyone building a nice stereo on a slight budget.
