Enormous sound if you play with them long enough, the nice price,

Can't just slap them into any ol' box you got layin' around, still not as deep as the bigger speakers, bottom out quickly with to much power and some bass tracks.

I have two of these 8's in my truck (regular cab not extended) run by a Sony mdx-400 in the front, through a carver crossover, and pushed by an Audio Gods digital Class A amp. with these subs in custom enclosures (sealed .75 cu) and a altec lansing component set in my small cab truck I hit 115db. I couldn't believe it, but it shows what a system can do if you put enough time and effort into it (350+ hrs).
