Can take a lot of power, can be used in a small sealed or large vented enclosure, sound good even with a small amount of power. I have had nothing but Kicker subs for the past 10 years and I have yet to blow one even with large amounts of power.

None that I can think of... they aren't cheap but then again in car audio, like anything in life, you get what you pay for!

These subs kick ass! I bought a pair for 150 dollars each at Sound Advice blown because I know somebody there. They sent them back to Kicker for me and in 3 weeks I got back 2 brand new subs. Not too bad 300 bucks for 2 12 inch solobarics! I have them in a garbage pre-fab 1.75 each sub enclosure and they still sound killer! I'm running a Kicker 1200.1 mono amp to these bad boys and I had to Dynamat my entire car, and 2 layers of Dynamat in my trunk area because I hate rattles. I would recommend these subs to anyone looking for incredibly tight and low bass, and incredible power handling.

Not that great souding.

I think that these sub are over rated. I had a MA Audio HK-2000d ran to both of them and for some resone, one blew. It's B/C there mass produced in china. But dont listen to me, you go on and put the true RMS power too them and see how lone they last at that rate.

Well so far so good. i only have it on a MA audio amp, and i have 400 watts going to it. its not bad. louder then my 2 12's i had (note 2 cheep 12's). its in a 3.0 cubic ported box. goes deep. i would compare this to my friends 1 15" eclipse TI (im going to order a kicker 1200/1 amp in 4 days)

will vibrate any non secured items in your vehicle (not that is a weakness)

I have two Kicker solo baric s15 l7 in the bed of my 1997 ford f-150 and these things pound hard. I have already had to replace the rear sliding window with a custom made plexi rear window because the stock one lasted about 6 seconds into the first cd i had. The town i live in knows that i am coming with this. I have a boss powerdrive 4000 watt amp driving this system and the bass boost is only at half because with it at full no one can ride in the extended cab part of my truck.

Kicker made an excellent product that can handle the tons of abuse that it gets. I have never had one problem with anything.

Ever since I put the sub into my car my life has changed. The first day the mirror rattled off and broke. Everyone knows when I'm coming. Kicker makes excellent products that are highly recommended. I love the bass and the ability to play it loud for long periods of time and not have to worry about the amp frying or the sub blowing.

Well i have a 2003 corvette zo6 really hot !!!!! Im gonna hook it up with sounds. First im gonna put two 15 inch Audioban AWT15X subwoofers on the sides of the trunk. they can handle 3000 watts rms each. In the middle of the trunk im gonna put one upside down 15 inch MTX RFL subwoofer that can handle 4000 watts rms. I will power all that with two MAaudio hk802sxsm amps that have 4400 watts each. I would like to know if that would sound clean, clear, and loud. If you have any sugestions on what i should please leave a reply and also can you leave some info on companies that install subwoofers and amps in custom fiberglass enclsures.

Hi there. I am from the Bahamas and I ordered 8 of the Kicker S15 L7 and trust me, aint no BASS like a kicker bass. I had to change all the galss in my Hummer and put in reinforced D4R Glass. (bulletproof) 1.5 inches thick. I have 4, believe it or not, BOSS Custom Made 4000watt Amps driving these killers. I got banned from driving through our town area becasue I broke almost every store glass the last time I went through there. These things are amazing and I think KICKER is the best in subwoofers for auto.

i have 2 solobaric l7 15'' subs and those badboys hit, i havnt had them very long, not even broke in good i have them in a custom box with an earthquake phd2 amp(2000 watts baby) and i know for sure they will hit in the 150's and i am needing to get ride of them (need the money) nothin wrong with them not a thing,
